Their customer service is great nice…
Their customer service is great nice to have a company that answers the phone and emails, the electric wheelchair is easy to fold and unfold and it's the little things easy to put in manual mode and move the leg rest compare to the old one

Thank you so much for your fantastic review.
We're delighted to hear that you've been pleased with both your Voyager 185 and the support you've received from our Customer Service team. Being easy to reach by phone and email is really important to us, particularly when customers need advice or assistance with their equipment.
It's also great to hear that the practical details of the Voyager 185 are making a difference compared with your previous wheelchair, from the straightforward folding and unfolding to switching into manual mode and adjusting the leg rest. Sometimes it's those everyday features that make using a wheelchair that much easier.
Thank you again for choosing Etech Mobility. We truly appreciate your support and hope you continue to enjoy the comfort, convenience and independence your Voyager 185 provides.
Freedom Pro ST lives up to it's name
Chair arrived really quickly. The Freedom Pro ST is gorgeous and really easy to set up too. I've called her Mac.
Driving her is a breeze and I'm really impressed with her turning circle, she turns on a penny and the battery life. I got the extra battery and I go out for the whole day without worrying about having to find somewhere to plug in.
Gorgeous, easy to drive and great battery life. Me and Mac are off on adventures. Free Palestine!

Thank you so much for your fantastic review.
We absolutely love that you've named your Freedom Pro ST “Mac”! We're delighted to hear that she arrived quickly, was easy to set up and has been such a pleasure to drive. It's especially great to hear how impressed you are with the tight turning circle and battery performance.
Choosing the additional battery can provide that extra peace of mind for longer days out, so it's wonderful to know you're able to enjoy full days away without worrying about finding somewhere to recharge.
Thank you again for choosing Etech Mobility. We truly appreciate your support, and we hope you and Mac have plenty of brilliant adventures together!
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. We didn’t have an appointment at the showroom but your representative was happy to help, showing patience and support while my Mother practiced and became more confidence in the equipment.
The product she chose has massively helped her and allows her to have freedom to travel.

We're delighted to hear that our showroom team was able to accommodate you and your mother, even without an appointment. Taking the time to let customers practise and become comfortable and confident with their equipment is incredibly important to us.
Most importantly, it's fantastic to hear how much her LiteMax has already helped and that it's giving her greater freedom to get out and travel. That's exactly the difference we hope our products can make.
Thank you again for choosing Etech Mobility. We truly appreciate your support and wish your mother many happy and independent journeys with her LiteMax.

Enterprise 200
We purchased the Enterprise 200. The process all through from the ordering to delivery was easy and all went smoothly. We had to call Etech as we had some questions. The call was handled in a professional and friendly manner and our questions were answered in a clear an concise way. I have not really used the powerchair yet but so far it has gone well. The chair is roomy, comfortable and sturdy and relatively easy to manouvre with very little practice needed. It handles grassy and rough areas well. I would recommend this chair :) x

Etech Freedom Pro ST wide seat
I ordered the etech freedom pro ST wide version, with leather seat extra, and an extra battery, a fair few weeks ago. I have held back reviewing so I can give an honest review on this electric wheelchair. If you are thinking of buying one, do it! I have gone from my self propelled wheelchair, and the freedom pro ST really does give me my freedom back. It is heavy, and awkward to get in and out of the car (where it lives!) but is worth its weight in gold for allowing me the independence of not needing anyone else to help me, and for extra long 'walks' with my family. I fully recommend this power chair. It really is a game changer. I also ordered the golf ball knob, this week, and it makes the experience even better. I did call etech when I couldn't figure out how to move the footplate on the chair, and their customer service was top notch. I ordered a black chair, as my wardrobe is usually very colourful and the ST is super cool to look at.. my 3 grown up children have also given it a test drive and I would say they would boot me out of it if they had the chance! Its managed off road (grass) and a very steep hill incline (10%) to the beach since I've had it, and it has been a doddle! I have also been stopped in the street by others who have been interested in buying one. It has been the best decision I made this year. Thank you Etech Mobility, having my independence back is just the best thing ever!

I wanted to be able to get out and…
I wanted to be able to get out and about again. Walking had got too painful. An I wanted a weel chair that was light enough to take on a train or bus. So I brought the Atlas. Its light and comfortable. Easy to use but a bit nippy at first. I went to the NEC to the tutankhamen expedition. It is some thing I could not have done with out it. I was useing it all day. An the battery still had loads of life left. I'm so glad I brought one

Comfort and fun
This is a very comfortable chair with an excellent battery arrangement. My only concern is with the gears up high the chair is very jittery and the only solution that I have found is to keep going down the gears to make small movements, then up the gears to speed up again. Slow movement used to be easy in any gear but not with this chair. Other than that the chair is excellent.
