Where is another star. I can't say only 5 stars is sufficient. I had a pleasure purchasing my wheelchair from Etech - great experience. I also managed to destroy my front wheel by being an idiot after just few weeks of chair use. Single phone call, perfect advise and again, great service. Keep it up guys, I'll be back....

Before purchasing my wheelchair I called ETECH with my requirements. They went through everything with me thoroughly sizes weight my mobility. Delivery was good. I had a query after I set the wheelchair up, over the phone to issue was sorted.

New electric chair for a tall person!
I contacted Etech as I had specific requirements for a new electric chair. I am 6ft and needed a higher back. I was sent some options, photos and user manuals. I chose what proved a lovely chair and perfect for my needs.

I had only used my wheelchair for 4-5…
I had only used my wheelchair for 4-5 miles. My husband was diagnosed with back/bone problems recently and we cannot carry it up 20 steps to my house. I did phone the company to see if they would take it back. I didn't like the chair, it was too heavy and sensitive to operate.

What exceptional Customer Service!
My husband and I were so impressed with the exceptional service we received when we visited the Birmingham showroom last month. They were very respectful, patient and friendly, and were so knowledgeable about all of their mobility products. Mo was so supportive and understanding as to my specific needs and went above and beyond our expectations. There was no pressure put on us to buy a product from them on our visit, even though they’d spent a long time demonstrating different models to find the ideal one for me and which matched my needs. I have since chosen to purchase an electric wheelchair from them and was once again shown excellent customer service by Mo. He is definitely a credit to ETech Mobility!
