Received two wooden paw ornaments one arrived perfect condition other one was paw with angel wings and part the wing snapped off. Not sure if from packaging or was too thinly cut. Had to glue back together not most ideal as was a gift for someone.

Unhelpful , appears to be unwilling to try to solve your problem when asked. Not great customer service.

2nd time purchasing from Etch Cetera, as always great product and great value for money.

I bought 2 personalised wooden ornaments for our Christmas tree this year, for 2 of our fur babies who are no longer with us…the ornaments are beautiful and I’m soo glad I’ve found them! The perfect ornament for any Christmas tree for any members of them family :) would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!
