Scam! Almost 3 months later still waiting. Say they can’t refund as they’re in transit. Have been “in transit” for almost 3 months now.

This is perhaps the absolute worst experience that I have had in interaction with an Australian company online. I ordered two pairs of slides as birthday gifts in early November. On 10.11, I received information that the item was in transit. Almost one month later, the status is the same, and no matter how much communication I have with their ‘customer service’, they are incapable of a) accepting responsibility for their failure and b) actually attempting to expedite a solution. It is not too late to gift these items and I still do not have them. In my most recent correspondence, I was told that they were unable to provide a refund as the items are in transit (does this mean that if they are in transit until 2059), the same argument will still apply? I still have no idea what these items look like. Either way, if you are looking for timely receipt of your items, DO NOT buy from this company. Merry Christmas.

Don’t buy from this website it’s a scam I still haven’t received my purchase they won’t provide me with a tracking number.

I’ve ordered my sandals nearly a month ago and I still have not received them! I’ve been emailing their customer service demanding tracking updates but all I get is vague AI generated emails stating my order would be delivered at the end of this week or maybe next week?
I’ve asked them a number of times to cancel this order but they are ignoring my request so I proceed to dispute my payments via Afterpay.
Terrible customer service and definitely a scam.

After no communications with them i decided to dig deeper and look into this company a bit more. They are not an Australian company. They have fake reviews on there website that make you think you are buying from a legit Australian website when you definitely aren't. My dress i ordered about a month ago still hasn't arrived and don't think it ever will. And if it does, it'll be crap quality anyways - as many other reviews have mentioned. So very disappointed and wish I did my research before I wasted my money

Very poor quality and representation. Would not buy a thing from them. Present as Australian based but returns must go to china and the shipping is huge. They present as Greene its low emissions impacts, but the products smell of fumes when you take them out of the wrapping ! It’s a no !!

Dam I wish I looked on here before this ordering! This website is an absolute scam. I ordered 2 Cassandra dresses. They are cheap, poorly made, ill fitting and look absolutely nothing like the photos and videos. I’ve asked for a refund and they want me to post back to China at my own expense. Their website clearly states that they are based in Australia but the are not.

Absolute terrible customer service, items look nothing like the images that they ripped off from other companies. They offer hassle free no questions asked returns but when I tried to return all they offered was hassle and questions. AVOID

Placed an order and they sent me different collor and different design, its not the same design that they advertised. Think it’s probably a scam and I’m not happy about it, lack of communication, they dont return may email and will probably never get refunded. If you are in the Au I would steer clear of this company. So please 🙏 dont order and dont trust this company.

Stolen design from House of CB - realised afterwards it was the exact same image from the house of CB website. poorly made clothes

Wow this company should be ashamed of themselves. They openly break Australian Consumer Law and take advantage of consumers who do not know their rights. They also STOLE marketing photos from a company called House of CB who retail the original authentic dresses for around 6x the retail. They use these images to bait consumers and then send them a cheap knockoff!!

Complete Scam. Do not order from this company. They use photos of the house of CB mademoisselle dress to advertise the cassandra dress but it is cheap crap. The trustpilot reviews on their website have been faked.

Poor quality dress, won’t respond to emails in a timely manner like after 1 week
Won’t process the return and refund within 30 days keeps emailing about a discount like 3 times

Ordered the Cassandra dress. What I recieved was nothing like what was advertised. The dress should and can only be used as a wash up rag or Halloween costume. And even then it will need to be covered with fake blood and cut up to make it look like anything that resembles a halloween outfit.
The fit was horrible! No lining. No boning.
No volum or flare.
Nothing!!!!

The return policy on the website is a complete lie and it's easier to win the lotto in mu option. It has been an uphill battle and fight..yet to get a refund or return the rag.
They are stealing money from their customers.
No not buy from them!!!!!!

Horrible cheap clothing, nothing like what is depicted.

I made the mistake of purchasing the Cassandra dress - there is no 'cup' in the bust - it is sewn to appear like it's there but it is just completely flat, so the dress will never sit properly across anyone's bust, regardless of cup size. The fabric is cheap nylon, the top of the dress unlined, the plastic strap holders already broken, the hem was very uneven and the underskirt/lining has one single narrow layer of tule sewn to the bottom.

Their website states that they are based in Sydney but products are shipped from China & when you contact customer support, their replies are sent from a different time-zone.

I have now asked them thee times to initiate the return process & they just keep trying to offer me a discount with long emails disingenuously claiming to care about customer satisfaction.

Kicking myself for getting sucked in!

I ordered the cassandra royale dress in blue and black for a formal event in a few days.
No boning or lining in the bodice, no pockets as advertised, no voluminous tulle as advertised under the skirt.
The reviews were all 5 star.. very disappointing.

Absolutely atrocious! Not what like they advertised to be. Got two dresses from them and when it arrived it’s all wrinkled and looks VERY DIFFERENT. The details are not even there. The material feels cheaper and looks extremely cheap. Very disappointed the fact they advertised it like it’s legit and the pricing isn’t cheap either. I will never purchase from them again.

I placed an order after seeing an ad on Instagram. Everything seemed legit.

However once I received the tracking number, I was notified that the items were coming from China. I don’t have problem with this but it’s misrepresented as coming from Australia and I found the exact same shoes on SHEIN for 75% cheaper.

I did some more digging and also realised that their website has fake TrustPilot reviews boasting 900+ reviews while their actual TrustPilot has 2 reviews.

After realising this I requested to cancel the order, and of course they said it had already been despatched and that I could not cancel it. After 11 days of zero update on the tracking link and numerous back and forth emails reassuring me that it was on the way, I threatened to report them to the ACCC for misleading reviews and information on their website.

And would you believe it , apparently there was a misunderstanding and the parcel was not sent in the end, so they’ve now cancelled it.

I’m still awaiting a refund, so let’s see if that comes through, or I will be reporting to the ACCC and calling the bank to let them know it was a scam transaction.

I’d urge you to reconsider buying from this company due to its lack of transparency.

Do not buy, scam. I really only leave a bad review when it is really bad and sadly this is the case.
I just received my Cassandra Royale Dress in Blue, size Large. It's bad! poorly made. The material looks very cheap. The dress is also very small for a large size I ordered, almost looks like size 8 or 6 (Australian dress size). The package came from China too, which I would not have any issues with, as long as the quality is wearable. Unfortunately, it is not. The top (bust area) is NOT cupped or fully lined, with no white lace trimming as shown/described on their website. The tulle is only at the very bottom part of the dress. I've emailed their customer support for a full refund. However, I doubt that I will get my money back at all. The clothes from Shein have much better quality, that how bad this Cassandra dress is.

CASSANDRA | ROYALE DRESS in pink. The dress was not as full in the skirt as in the picture, the bust had no actual cup to it and there was no lace trim along the top edge.
The material was light and flowing and a nice colour. There is an underskirt but not as much as shown in the video.
I asked for a return and they offered me a partial payment return and to keep the item. The skirt part is wearable and I may keep and make into a skirt but it is not wearable as a dress. This could be bad luck with the top cups. The skirt is still ok but looks cheaper and not as full.
