"This company is not reliable. I placed an order but never received my item. Their customer service has been unresponsive, and I would not recommend ordering from them. I will be filing a complaint with the Ombudsman."

SCAMMERS RUDE AND BLOCK YOU
Delivered a badly damaged/made sofa, kept saying will come and fix/replace etc on 2 occasions 2 days lose of wages for me as never showed, blocked me, never answer calls emails or messages took the £1300 and don't care, no customer service no such thing as warrenty or guarantee, not even corner brackets meet or seat cushions cut straight and trims just stappled on with stapples showing also purple ink everywhere on cream sofa, it's a joke
DO NOT USE AS SCAMMERS
I HAVE OVER 10 DAMAGES TO SOFA
now in process of reporting them to trading standards and taking legal action

Considering our physical store already closed in 2023 and we only supply to business customers I can infer that you did not speak to one of our staff or a manager in September 2024 which makes me think you are talking about another store than ours. If i could give 0 stars I would. Bought a bed 14 weeks ago and did not receive. Phoned the company and they kept saying its a delay due to it being in ireland. eventually after emailing and phoning all the time they blocked my number. DO NOT PURCHSASE! they will answer you in the first few weeks and you will get through to what you think are genuine people but they are FRAUDS

Not the finished article yet but certainly on its way. Betsy Jason and Luca were notable among many notable staff. They certainly got the training down to a tee. Being northern it feels expensive but I guess if you’re from London it looks value. I know the building is not that old but it feels like it is and perhaps that’s all that matters at the end of the day. We enjoyed our stay here but I’m increasingly concerned about the added extras we used to take as part of the 5 star package. The well publicised spa that’s now £95 per head feels a little excessive to me but I now to those who know the hotel business better than I.

Heerlijke geuren, snel bezorgd, maar helaas waren alle verpakkingen ingescheurd en beschadigd, waardoor de producten niet geschikt zijn om als cadeau te gebruiken, wat wel de bedoeling was.

Ze hebben mij netjes op de hoogte gebracht per mail dat ze er mee gingen stoppen voor particulieren.
En dat ik 70% korting op mijn aankoop zou krijgen tot 15 februari.
Hier heb ik zeer zeker ook gebruik van gemaakt.
