The information and resources that EstateExec provides is outstanding! The layout is organized and very user friendly. This website has made it incredibly easy for me to keep up with expenses paid out of pocket along with guiding me step by step of each process during the probate period. The only downfall I have is that I wished I would have known about EstateExec in the beginning of probate instead of a couple of months into it.

Great Product! Could not have done it without this program. Easy to review, manage and update. Highly recommend for anyone who has executor duties. Custom tailored to your state is a big plus. Many hints and links to probate documents for your state. Worth the price!

My siblings and I had been filled with anxiety over our feelings of inadequacy in our knowledge base of what to do when our last parent passes with the family estate. I spent many hours on the internet looking for articles that would help me understand what an executor's duties would be. And then I found EstateExec, and it was exactly what I wanted. This online resource is amazingly detailed yet easy to navigate. It's written in language that's user-friendly. I think the best endorsement I can say for EstateExec is to go to the website and click the "Executor's Guide" tab at the top of the page. You'll see a table of contents posted on the left side of the page and you should delve into all the topics listed there. That's when you'll realize what an invaluable resource you have. Your anxiety will dissipate, and your confidence will grow within a few minutes of poring over the material because you'll realize you've got the resource that's going to properly prepare you for executing a will and the estate from start to finish. When my parents died they each had a trust which made their estate distributions very simple. However, my younger brother died and it turned out he didn't even have a Will. I was going to have to probate his estate and didn't know where to start. I was looking for something that would help me track the assets and distributions and found EstateExec. It has been a fantastic resource and very helpful as I navigate this process! I appreciate the personal attention they can give when I have questions and have been able to offer solutions to issues unique to my brother's estate. My brother passed away and left me his estate. So where to begin...i am not the most organized person in the world so i am happy that i stumbled upon EststeExec. I like this program because it has reduced my stress of handling my brother's estste. It provides a great list of things to do and is a good organizer for me. Too many things to list what it does. I also like the fact that it is online and i can sign into EstateExec from anywhere. Definitely worth checking this program out.

A role no one wishes to play is executor for a trust or will, but if and when you must do so, do it with this program by your side. A great resource for recordkeeping, tracking duties, reports and helpful tips. Happy I found it and worth the purchase.

Totally love the EstateExec platform, as it allows me to easily keep track of the important and many tasks I have as executrix of a dear friend of mine without having to pay a lawyer thousands of dollars upfront as a retainer.

Easy to review, manage and update, it is a "GameChanger" for anyone who has executor duties. My attorney loves it as well. The records will be easy to present in court. Simply amazing.

Don't know how I would've gotten this job done without keeping organized through EstateExec and without it's built in guidance. Just with all that alone, the program has been WELL worth it's cost...but on top of that, I acted on one tip in there which was an optional step in settling an estate and this step probably ended up saving the estate several thousands of dollars. Very grateful to have something like this available, otherwise this mountainous task would have seemed impossible.

I found this software while searching executor responsibilities online and could immediately see the value. It is extremely useful to have all the tasks outlined for you and an added bonus has so many resource docs available to do the necessary research to accomplish those tasks. I've already pre-populated all the fields for when the fateful day comes. I plan to use an attorney in addition but this will serve as an extremely useful dashboard to make sure I am not missing anything. The docs also have links to help you find attorneys, appraisers, tax forms, etc. It will be enormously helpful in the eventual time of need. One less thing to stress about for sure.

I purchased this software in advance of an actual need (My mother is 87 and in poor health) to allow me to get a-head-of the game. While my mothers estate is modest (a house, car and some savings), Wisconsin probate seems to be more complicated than it looks at first glance. This program has helped me to fish out the problems I'm going to encounter in advance of the actual need. I can not say enough good about their customer communications. I highly recommend this program to anyone tasked with the duty of Executor (Personal representitve) of an estate.

The EstateExec software has been a fantastic resource for me while I have been administering my father's estate. I was a lawyer for over 20 years and now a circuit judge for almost 15 years (albeit with no probate experience), and the software helped me identify potential pitfalls which I may not have timely seen on my own. There is helpful explanatory information about every aspect of handling an estate, and the default "tasks list" provides a terrific roadmap for anyone administering an estate. I have not yet reached the stage of filing a final settlement with the probate court, but the financial tools embedded in the software will undoubtedly be very helpful in that process. In sum, I give this software the highest rating possible; the company is probably charging too little for it.

I knew I needed something to help me get organized as the Executor for a friend's estate. However, I had no idea that EstateExec had done so much of the heavy lifting for me! Especially useful is the detailed to-do list complete with when to do it. This has to be the best product out there, and would be worth it at 2 or 3 times the price!! Best find ever!!

This is an AWESOME product! It is packed with detailed information that is tailored to your state and county regulatory requirements. When my father died, I really wasn't thinking straight. After I put in his death date, state, county, and estimated estate value, it built a 26 item checklist with due dates tailored to my situation. My near-term duties were clearly listed, with drill-down extensive information for every task.

The transparency it offers allows easy statusing to my siblings, as well as giving the estate attorney and CPA the information they need. The attorney even remarked that he is considering offering this software as an additional service to his other estate clients.

The free trial really is a no-brainer to figuring out if EstateExec is right for you. (I actually got an unsolicited call from their help desk after purchasing asking me if I needed any help using their software. Unbelievable!)

I recently started some distributions, and it provides a great audit trail to the source assets. This is making the CPA happy too! It is a wonderful product that gently helps people get their thoughts organized and ensure that the important things don't get overlooked! It's a hidden gem!

As I got older I decided to take care of my will and associated documents. I did that, and with the help of Estate Exec software have set up the means by which my Executor can process the multitude of tasks that need to be handled, remotely. It was important to prepare ahead of time and help avoid any mishaps within my family. Estate exec really helps to keep everything organized.

Estate Exec is a great find and most important is that my Executor, a relative, will be able to effectively, and with less effort, manage my estate at a time (in the future) when my passing will be emotionally difficult. It makes it easy to share and prepare the Executor, a little bit at a time, for the inevitable.

I discovered EstateExec last winter when a friend asked for help with an estate. It's usefulness was immediately apparent. Now I am executor of my mother's estate and using it again. The value of having so much information in one place and accessible from anywhere is immense, as is the ease of sharing data and reports. The team is great, very responsive and sensitive to the fact that if you're using their software, it is likely a difficult time. They truly seem to care about providing a product that is genuinely helpful. If you are involved in administering an estate of any size, you will not regret licensing EstateExec.

This website and the team that runs it have been so helpful with navigating being a trustee for the first time. It is really well organized and very easy with getting started and relieving some of the stress of the process.

This is my 5th family member for whom I have been the Administrator of their estate but the first time I have used EstateExec. I am so impressed with this product, it's ease of use, thoroughness and accuracy. I have gained so much more knowledge than I previously had regarding the requirements of an administrator, and highly recommend this for anyone who is an Administrator or Executor of an estate. I will post another update on my opinion of it after the estate has been dissolved and the court accepts my final reporting.

This software is very easy to use and lays out everything in a very practical manner. I'm glad I found it!
