EstateExec is one of the most intuitive software packages I have ever used. Estates have many moving parts, and EstateExec lets you combine all the parts into a single package, making understanding what is happening much easier. This is the first time I've had to deal with an estate. It would be much more difficult if I had to use a spreadsheet to do all this. I highly recommend EstateExec!

I was looking for something to make tracking and recording estate expenses easier and this product has been perfect! It's easy to use and their support staff has been wonderful with any questions you might have. You can schedule an appointment to speak with someone or email them your question. The response was quick and provided me the exact information that I needed. I would definitely use this product again in the future or recommend it to others.

Before retiring, I worked in the IT software industry for over 35 years, so I have seen my share of applications. I am highly impressed with ESTATEEXEC. Its ease of use and intuitive nature make it a joy to use, and it covers any scenario I need. Also, their customer support is unsurpassed. When I was expecting a reply to my email inquiry within three days or so, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a reply within 5 minutes with detailed instructions on how to accomplish the task where I had questions.

I find ESTATEEXEC an exceptional product.

This product is a Godsend. I am the executor of my mother's estate. EstateExec helped me understand the whole probate process, plan ahead, stay organized, and communicate with other heirs. The learning information is available in bite-sized chunks, as needed, so I never felt overwhelmed. Being able to give other people viewing rights builds trust and minimizes questions from other family members. Customer Support is very quick to respond, and their answers are helpful. Without EstateExec, I definitely would have needed to hire an attorney. But even if you ARE using an attorney, I would still recommend using EstateExec to help you avoid wasting billable hours.

I love this product! The application is well documented and helpful at each level. As a retired bookkeeper tax preparer, Quickbooks and Quicken user I can appreciate the value of this service. Questions, concerns, feedback and help has come back to us quickly. Finding this application has come at one of the most difficult moments in life, the death of a loved one. Grateful am I to have found EstateExec after comparing others. EstateExec has what I need as an assistant to my sister, who is the executor and trustee of our parents estate. We have learned much by this loss and now we need to prepare our trustees for the inevitable.

Question? How many licenses do I need to purchase? Or, is it acceptable to use the same application for more than one trust? We are presently using EstateExec for my mother’s estate, my husband’s mother, who is 94, needs to get organized, and my husband and I need this application for our living trust.

EstateExec is an excellent guidepost for individuals experiencing the Probate Process. When I discovered the software program, I had no idea what an Executor of an Estate did though I had been assigned to be Executor of my mother's will.

This program provides an overview of the Executor Role. It is comprehensive. Straightforward to use. Just reviewing the tasks that are outlined by EstateExec is an excellent way to begin to understand the scope of the Executor job.

EstateExec comes highly recommended. It is for current and future Executors and can be used as much by those wishing to prepare for the inevitable as by those in the midst of probate.

I wish I had found this sooner. I was already about 90% thru probate before searching for executor fees for Texas. This is when I stumbled across Estate Exec. Since it walks you thru the whole process I did review the steps to see where I was in the process, according to them. Indeed I was pretty much done, with just a couple steps to wrap things up. In my situation things are on hold until things finalize in other states. This program really does outline steps and help you keep track of what's been done and what needs to still be done. I recommend you start with this from the beginning.

I went back and forth on whether I needed to buy EstateExec but I am sooooo glad I ended up purchasing it. I was planning on just using spreadsheets, which is so crazy and naive.

It's actually fun to use too. I love sending my sisters the reports; I look so buttoned up.

Plus, we had to unfortunately open Probate, and the courts (and my lawyer & CPA) have been super impressed. The first email from my lawyer was all about how great it is that I'm so organized.

The software is very intuitive and easy to figure out. But the few times I have had questions, the support team is incredibly responsive.

I highly recommend to every personal representative, successor trustee, executor, etc. It will make your life so much easier.

More helpful than the attorney and his paralegal at a fraction of the cost!

This tool is tremendous in helping guide an executor through the tedious processes involved in the Estate Settlement event. It saved me the enrollment fee several times over.

I appreciate this product immensely. Makes it much easier to collaborate with co-executor from out of state. I look forward to seeing how it grows in the future. Customer service is excellent!

This has been the exact product that I have been looking for. Have been using it for 7 months now. Makes the process of dealing with a complicated Estate very simple. Support has been great, even our estate attorney is impressed. An extra plus is the fact that it is State specific, even when I live in a different State. Thanks for developing this software, would definitely recommend to help out with any estate.

Excellent program that provides a clear roadmap, at a time when 'thinking' is not always easy.

This tool has saved me countless hours and allowed me to retire multiple spreadsheets that I was struggling to keep up to date and in sync.The estate is still in process but within two days of purchasing this tool, I was able to create several of the cashflow and distribution reports I needed for my accountant and lawyer.

I have just gotten started using the app. I ran into a problem logging in. I sent an email to the company and within hours I got a response with a solution to my problem. Then, I received an invitation to discuss the app and it's functions. I replied that, as a business owner, I really appreciated this opportunity. They gave me tips and guidance and I gave feedback. This gives me a strong sense of how much they care about the development of the app and that they will be there if I need more help in the future. That's a 5 star company.

My mom died quite unexpectedly in late January, 2023. Upon finding her last will and testament, I discovered that since the executor named (my dad) had died years earlier, I had become the executor. I had never done anything like this before. So, during a period of grieving, I was forced to educate myself on a complex legal process potentially rife with gotchas.

But then I discovered EstateExec, and I was able to use the free trial version. It immediately made the job much easier and manageable for me. It was like having a private secretary who kept track of all the tasks I needed to do, crossing all the T's and dotting all the I's.

Along the way I encountered some small glitches, but the staff was very responsive, often responding to my emails within minutes.

This is an amazing tool to help organize and keep track of all the tasks required as an executor. Matt Veltmann was very helpful and continued to reach out with support over the course of my experience. When I made suggestions he listened and would make suggestion's or find the answers I was looking for. So much more than just a software, the team really tries to make things easier during these hard times.

The program is affordable, easy to navigate and user friendly.

I found EstateExec through a Google search when looking for ways to organize two estates' financial records better, and I wish I'd found this a month or two earlier.

I instantly liked the user-friendly interface, which walks you through setting up an account, one step at a time, and then managing the account.

The steps for setting up and the checklist for managing the estate are specific to your state's laws, which is incredibly helpful and keeps you from wading through miles of text to find information. My state has particular rules, and I was surprised to find the software to be this detailed, as there are usually vague references to checking your state's laws in a similar checklist.

Also, a helpful timeline is provided for each step so you will know when to initiate specific tasks or if you are behind on something you should have completed. The timeline also automatically eliminates steps that may not apply to you based on your state - again - an excellent feature that saves time and frustration.

A license is a one-time fee of $199 and is cheaper than the hourly rate of most paralegals in my area (New England), yet it will pay for itself because it will save you and your legal counsel time. There is a seven-day free trial period for a license. I commend the designers for placing the remainder of the trial period deadline in the dashboard at login because it's one less thing I've had to watch in the background.

You can easily upload and store receipts, certificates, bank statements, and other essential documents - anything you'd keep in a file folder and have to deal with as separate documents or organize digitally can be saved to the transaction or other data point it belongs to. The storage feature is critical to me because of the financial reporting required by my state - I cannot thank the designers of this software enough for this feature because it has already improved my record organization and provided me with accurate data and supporting documentation on the estate. Additionally, it will simplify closing the estate and streamline the reporting required by the court.

Lastly, and one of the most important things, is customer service. I contacted the company earlier this week and had a personal response and solution the same day. The mother ship is in California, and I was pleasantly surprised by the reaction in this age of automated responses. Kudos to this company for their personal touch!
