I purchased since February 14th 2026 till today i have not received my orders of $89,several messages sent with no reply. I am highly disappointed in them,this is a fraudulent behavior.

Absolutely loved this company! Been purchasing their products for years and we noticed the difference with our skin. But I wasn’t aware of the liquidation when I placed my last order. For over 2 months now I haven’t received my product. I was initially getting responses from someone but now I’m getting zero responses through Instagram or email. How do we go about getting our money back because $78 is a big deal to not have received a product. And I was so looking forward to my coffee scrubs ☹️😮‍💨. Praying for the company. Hate to have to do this review.

Horrible! Great product but very poor customer service. I am still awaiting orders from last year and after an initial acknowledgement of my email they have not responded to me nor to my request for a refund.
I have 4 orders in limbo......terrible!!!

Wow I have been with Ava since 2023 and it only took teo weeks to get my products and than one time one week! I never subscribed to anything so the system is doing it on its own! I ordered Almost $200.00 dollars worth of products months ago and never got nothing. AI has taken over because you can't talk to a human been but just send messages and the same thing we are backed up because of the holidays! I'm done ordering from them and getting my refund back today!

I've ordered from them before in 2024 and honestly was so new in my true skincare journey that I tried other products when I ran out. Ffwd to late 2025 I started seeing ads all over socials and decided to reorder the face wash. Though shipping was like $18 to the states, I ordered x2 and paid for them and shipping during their Black Friday sale on Nov 30. It's now May 2026 and I still haven't received my order. I sent a few emails and did get responses about difficulties with shipping and order volume etc, etc. What irritated me the most was that none of the info they told me was volunteered; I had to seek them out beginning about a month after my order. This went on for over 90 days and then I finally just requested a refund and then boom...radio silence. Never heard from them again. Absolute scam. It's wild that they came back saying they'd had hiccups but were good when the Gov.UK site says they'd already entered liquidation at that point. Unbelievable. I visited their site to see if it was shut down and instead I see it's fully functional and boasting shipping times of 4-5 days from today. SO DISHONEST.

On the 29th March, I purchased products (£70), for psoriasis. Unbeknown to me, they automatically signed me up as a member for a monthly £20 debit! Before purchasing products, there is no literature stating purchasing products automatically creates a membership! Furthermore, there is no option for a one time only purchase versus £20 monthly membership!

I enlisted Pay Pal to remove me from this unsolicited membership fee.

I emailed the company twice about my outstanding £70 products which have not arrived and requested a refund. However, they have not responded!

I am extremely unhappy with their low standards of customer service, deceitful membership sign-up tactics and ghost deliveries of products. This is theft and is indicative of the low quality of the over-priced products. A legitimate and trustworthy company would not resort to such antics! I am reporting them to Trading Standards!

Save your money and buy a UVB light therapy comb for psoriasis!

Been a member since 2023 and had a perfect experience until December 27, 2025 order products my usual and nothing I have yet to receive any of my products and I have emailed them several times and they just stopped responding. The emails were lacking information to help me understand what was still the hold up. It felt like they didn’t care and on top of that they still took the membership fee, even though they knew they had shipping issues. I asked for refunds of my monthly fee that they took out for January and February and for the order I placed no response. I feel like they’re scamming people still since their website is still active and they are advertising. It’s sad to see this happened to a company with good products. Back to square one finding products that works well with my skin. Please do not shop here. They will take your money and won’t send you your product.

I'm so disappointed in this company. They've had thier ups and downs some issues. We've heard it on line, they "find" themselves come back have a sale and just flopped AGAIN! I've recommended them, I used thier products faithfully had no issues but lately I think they had a grand scheme to scam people OR bit off a more than they can chew with the BLACK FRIDAY mind you sale they advertised. Seems like anyone who purchased products that day got bamboozled. I'm one on them. 😔 I ordered in Nov 2025. Still no products. Im not happy this has happened with such a good black owned product. Love to support but with THIS company it's over.

If I could rate this company a 0 (ZERO) I would! I used to purchase their products from time to time to help with my daughter's eczema. The products were good and really worked for her; however, I've had problems with my last 2 orders. The first one took forever to be shipped and I had to reach out to customer service before it was finally shipped. No notice of a delay or anything on backorder until I contacted THEM! My most recent order NEVER came and customer service gave me the run around for over 2 months until they finally stopped responding. I had to contact my bank to file a claim and report them as fraudulent. It has been 3 months and I still have not received my order. I recently did some research and read that the company has been insolvent since July 2025. If that is the case, why are they still advertising and accepting orders on their website that they know they cannot fulfill?! Do not purchase from them. You will never get your order and they will ignore your emails and not give you a refund. SCAM!!!!

Horrible would never support this kind of business! They claim they will refund your money but instead steal people’s money and don’t respond to emails nor send the product. Unprofessional and poor ethics!

I've used them for years, but most recently I placed an order on January 17th and was told by the company February 15 that my items were on backorder. It's now April 13th, and no products shipped, they will no longer respond to my emails requesting a refund, either. They've robbed me of my money and it sucks. Good company gone to sh!t.

Please l order my items in February 10/2026 I did not receive it. $110.95 . Am still waiting. And why are you still charging me $29 for membership fee.????

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE IN THE USA SPECIFICALLY LOS ANGELES! If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered hair growth order a few days before Black Friday 2025 and still have not received a refund or the product. I’ve contacted customer service and they give a generic response and say they are having shipping issues. I’m pissed! Never,again!

If there was zero star to give I would’ve instead of one star because they don’t deserve it. They take your money promising of products delivery and yet three or four months goes without any product being delivered but yet they still try to charge you for subscription every month when the first order hasn’t been delivered. Customer service is a trash (terrible) and owners don’t even care because they know exactly this whole thing is a scam.

I’ve been a subscriber since 2022 . BIGGEST MISTAKE . Store credits are non refundable. I racked up $200 pounds of credits . I’ve had quality and delayed issues before for weeks at most but then I ordered in December 2025 and it’s now April and customer service keeps telling people they don’t know when they will ship !!! Then they do NOT help you to resolve REFUNDS, CREDITS or compensation of any sort . THE WEBSITE IS UP AND TAKING PEOPLES MONEYY then they ghost you . ILL NEVER SUPPORT THEM AGAIN EVER . I even feel bad because it was the only only thing that helped my skin . Onto the next brand ….

Horrible. They just take your money and never send you the merchandise. Multiple emails, no response! I have been a loyal customer since 2023. Unfortunately I am still awaiting receipt of products I purchased in November 2025. If the business is no longer operating /defunct, why is the website still up? Why are you still taking orders, soliciting and advertising of present sales?!? I receive promotional emails weekly. They are blatantly stealing people’s money. I’m so disgusted & disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER! Per Gov.UK website, Ava Estell LTD is under liquidation. Accounts are past due and the company’s website is down. No email response from the company about my pending order for over 2 weeks now. I submitted dispute with my bank. I’m very disappointed because I really loved the products.

I ordered the $71 Magix Cream (2 Pack) & the Winter Body Cream (3 Pack). I also purchased the $4 Order Protect. The order was placed on Thursday, February 12, 2026. I never received an email stating that my package shipped or was delivered. I talked to "Christina" & "Charlotte" from their customer service. I emailed three times. The third time was a request for a refund but they didn't respond. I disputed the charge with my bank, and the dispute was quickly approved within two days. This is my first time having a problem with Ava Estell. I was a customer for YEARS. I see their website is down now. I can't stand when businesses are vague and shut down without alerting customers in some way. They have become unprofessional and untrustworthy. I will unsubscribe from their emails and unfollow them on social media. I will never purchase from them again.
