i had a electric garage door fitted in 2024 and its been fine up until now. i contacted essex prestige doors to say it was not opening. from my first phone call two weeks ago they sent an engineer to asses what the problem was and diagnosed a faulty motor they returned today to fit the new one and all is back to normal. i would like to say thank you your professional service service and thank to Lee what a great guy (he knows he,s stuff) and a big thank to the office for honouring the guarntee. I would highly recommend essex prestige doors

From quote to fitting, very good team. On time ,very tidy installation. And great demo. You have a very good team who work together very well. Loved the music old and new . But jokes aside great work thank you.

Excellent service - very helpful and knowlegable. Our fitters Lee, Mason and also Harry did a first class job fitting our new front door. Very professional and efficient.

Excellent from start to finish - from first call out to make garage secure after previous old door broke to fitting. Lee and his partner did a great job fitting a new garage electric door - no fuss and looks great with the facia looking excellent - a big upgrade on the previous old door.

Followed up a garage door install with a new front door and once again the team were brilliant. Excellent work alround and extremely pleased with the final result. Highly recommend and would use again with hestitation.

Called them out with a problem with the lock on our door and they came straight away. Always exceptional service.

Excellent installation of our new front door by Lee, Brian & Wayne. Very clean job that took about two hours. Great communication regarding delivery and installation by Natalie in the office. Highly recommend these guys.

Ryan & Ben were out to us within 24 hours to repair a fault in our electric garage door (old door that was fitted prior to ownership of property) A speedy turnaround for the repair to be completed, I was really impressed. Nice chaps to deal with and happy with the work completed.

We had our garage door replaced (from up and over to an electric door, including external lights) as well as the Front door and all glass surrounds. The guys arrived early, worked flat-out and were finished by early afternoon.

The team in the office were also very helpful and worked hard to find exactly what we wanted. Thank you all - much appreciated!

Essex Prestige Doors did a great job replacing a Bowman door fitted 3 years ago. The motor gave up the ghost. Prestige tried to salvage the door but it could not be saved. Agreed to replace. Door fitted December 8th. Battery Backup. Looks great sounds great. Installed by Ryan and Ben, a great job.
