Arran helped us decide what wedding rings to have, size, design, gold/metals etc. We are a same sex couple and both wanted our rings to be individually special. He was so supportive which we are so grateful for.

Arran kept us in the loop whilst he was making the rings and the initial date he gave us for completion was spot on. When he delivered the rings we were so overwhelmed with the job he has done for us! Our rings are perfect and we both love them. I was looking for a pair of gold earrings, with diamonds, for my wife for a Christmas present but wanted something more bespoke, and unique, then the mass produced items in the shop.

This company was recommend to me by a friend and I contacted them to see what they had, after a few minutes conversation an appointment had been made and they came direct to me at home to understand my requirements and go through what they had to offer.

Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and with a large selection - I was honestly surprised at the selection of jewellery they had, as well as the myriad of choices I could make regarding the materials (gold, silver, platinum etc), the carat of the material…the diamond choices alone were enough to make my head spin…

Through out the consultation, notes were made of my choices and suggestions were given to me of other choices I might consider - and when I had then confirmed my choices I was given a price, so that I knew up front the costing - and I was free to alter my choices if I felt that it was too much and wanted something cheaper - the guys working with me to get to what I wanted…

Once all was done, a timeframe was given for creating, then delivering, my purchase - I paid up and then simply waited…

…and two weeks later, I had a phone call to say they were ready for me and would be delivered personally to my address - which they were promptly, with a thank you note!

I ordered wedding rings, engagement rings and a normal ring for me, and all I have to do is just measure my fingers and my Mrs fingers and then that’s it and I wasn’t quite sure but she knew what she wanted and I told Adam and he thought that was actually she wanted. He knew about it, and then until i wasn’t for sure until I got the rings , give it to her, and she absolutely loves it and that is the what is actually she wanted so is worth amazing.
