Order was shipped fast. Packaging was good. No damage through USPS. Arrived in a timely manner for this area. Product was fresh when opened. Shipping was steep but product price was reasonable. At least where I'm from this product is scarce from any source. I will definitely recommend this company and will be a return customer.

The soap took forever to get here, but that's not the company's fault. And at any rate, this soap is excellent and worth waiting for! Been using it for years.

Stop blaming covid for your bad behavior. It took two months to get me my order, no one else takes that long. Also I don't think your product works as well as others of like product. Don't plan to buy from you again.

I never received my order. I contacted customer service who told me first I would have to contact UPS. I contacted them again and then they told me that it looks like my order shipped to the wrong address that it got switched with someone else’s order. And he was going to send me out a new order that day. That was two weeks ago and I still don’t have my order. Now I’ve had to file a claim with PayPal because they stopped answering my emails.

The Ala Maison hand soap received was wonderful delivery very quick.

It took a very long time to actually recieve the product, and when it finally arrived today, I had ordered the 250mg tablets but instead recieved 500mg tablets. Really disappointed.

The product that I ordered might be a little tricky as it is a special blend of tea. The product that I received is not the one that I expected. Contacted the customer service and explained the situation. Sam from Customer Service helped issue a full refund for the purchase. I appreciate Sam's fast response and help with the transaction.

I sent this email to the company 4 days ago and still have not heard anything:

I just received my shipment with only 1 product. The itemized receipt in the box states Quantity 1.

I purchased 2 of these fresheners. Is the second one coming or was this a small oversight?
