The order status page is a static page, support email bounces.
Order didn't arrive, support email address bounces, later realised the order tracking page (can't post a link on TrustPilot) is a static page, so presumably the order numbers are fake.
Chargeback was successful.

Do not buy from this company. Order never came, piss-poor ‘we’ll keep looking into it’ and never answered my questions on where it was. Order never came by day 18 after order. WOEFUL service.
Only selecting 1 star because -5 wasn’t an option.
This company is a JOKE!
Ordered on the 23rd Dec and checked in twice after day 8 or so with all the usual run around ‘were looking into it’ and by day 18 I cancelled my order for what I really needed. Opting to buy a lesser quality option from a local store that’s 3 times more expensive, but at least it goes to a local business, and not to this joke of a company that never gave me a straight answer as to where my order was. Either didn’t know or were lying.
Net result for me is a the same.
Zero time for this bullshit - and so just know your items are coming from OS, despite the address being .au which does not reflect coming from Perth as stated. Waiting on a refund. Which they were super quick to respond to THAT request.
This whole transaction STUNK!
No one’s got time for this particular brand of bullshit.
