Support could use help. Order was fine, ring was cool - however, their sizing methodology was off (I followed their directions), which meant that I got a ring that is huge/massive and doesn't fit on any finger. I reached out to support to see about returning/exchanging it and it took a while for them to get back - however, we're working on it now. All's to say, get your finger sized at the jeweler!

The necklace and pendant are stunning. It's a little heavy but I expected it to be. If you are looking for something lightweight, this might not be for you. I got the fox and it's well done! I've been looking everywhere for a quality fox pendant.

I got the polished silver version. The ring is AWESOME, exceeded expectations. Needed a re-size though but the team with no questions asked actioned getting a replacement made and return label. Highly recommendz

Gorgeous ring that is so exceptionally well made. Engraving was very fast, I got it in just 4 days. It's perfection! The only concern is it is ever so slightly too big.

After starting off on the wrong foot, I have changed my opinion. Their customer service totally redeemed themselves. I am very happy with their communication and how they resolved my issues. The quality of their products are top notch and I’m looking forward to wearing them for years to come.
