Jeg skulle fra København til Tenerife
Jeg skulle fra København til Tenerife. Turen til mellemlandingen i Mallorca og udprinten af e-boarding pas gik uden problemer, men pludselig sender EskyTravel mig en besked om at jeg ikke kan udprinte mit boardingpas digitalt til turen mellem Mallorca og Tenerife. De vil i stedet kompensere mig med 55€, hvilket det koster at printe fysisk. Jeg går over og venter to timer på at den fysiske butik åbner, hvorfra jeg får at vide, at jeg sagtens ville kunne printe online, hvis jeg ikke havde brugt en trejdepartsforhandler. Så betaler jeg, og anmoder EskyTravel om at refundere de 55€, men nej, lige pludselig kan de ikke svare mig længere. Jeg har fuld forståelse for at et firma kan have travlt, men det her er ikke i orden. Indtil de giver mig de penge de skylder, kan jeg ikke sige andet end at undgå EskyTravel. 😔

Newer again
Newer again. The price of the ticket is higher than adverticed. I booked a ticket a ticket from Nice to CPH, it wad priced 695 kr. Irt ended up with the price 1051 kr included insurance etc. I only has a hand luggage. Well due to ilness in my family i have to cancel it more than 3 days before the flight an take an earlier flight. esky claimed it was not possible go cancel and get my money back.
Do NO use eskytravel. They are a chealting company.
Always book your ticked at the airline.

Bookingen var let og overskuelig, med alt samlet på samme side.
Obs! Ikke muligt at checke ind og dermed vælge sæde, hvilket er vigtigt for mig. Troede det var en option under den ekstra betaling på 112 ;-)

Fanme en dårlig hjemmeside
Fanme en dårlig hjemmeside. Umuligt at gennemskue om man har betalt eller ej. Når man så prøver at betale, er det en labyrint uden lige.
Det var heller ikke muligt at spørge nogle om hjælp.

Eskytravel ændrede min fly tid. Jeg annullerede min rejse, og udbad mig en tilbagebetaling på ca 2000kr - har langt om længe fået kontakt, men får hele tiden henholdende svar på mit krav om tilbage betaling - rigtig dårlig oplevelse…. Aldrig mere…
