Extremely slow connection speed in Turkey, in central Ankara, in all areas and even at the airport, it doesn't exceed 3 Mbps, even after restarting the phone several times and manually selecting the three available operators. I open the app and try to press the contacts button, but no page opens; the button is fake. Not to mention that the connection advertised as unlimited data for a week actually says 30 GB, not unlimited; 30 GB would have been enough. I've tried downloading the maps for offline use 30 times, but it's impossible to complete the operation.

The instructions on the website and mails were all very clear and straight-forward.
Upon arriving my esim didn't work as it should, but the costumer support via Whatsapp helped me out immediately. I used the Internet and was the mobile hotspot for four other devices and the Internet still worked smoothly.
