Vinyl banner ripped within 2 weeks. Sent complaint to esigns customer service and it went ignored. Lousy customer service.

I’ve said it many times, eSigns is a rare company that creates consistently great and affordable products with a fast turnaround. Our events look better and visitors say things appear more professional thanks to all of the decals, banners, and stands that we buy from eSigns.

Window decals were printed on a cheap looking printer. It looked like an old school inkjet printer. The vinyl lettering decals weren't lined up on the grid, so the final installed sign was off, I removed it and luckily I ordered a spare in case I messed up in the installation, and the next vinyl lettering sign wasn't lined up right on the paper - waiting for a local sign shop to re-print for me. They offer a "Goof Proof" guarantee and it was very challenging to get them to refund, and they wanted me to pay for the shipping back which exceeded the cost of the decal. I do not recommend this company - spend the extra few dollars and have a reputable local company print it.

Esigns was my go to sign company for almost 24 years but my recent orders have me thinking twice about using them again. The quality has gone down hill and shipping charges have gone through the roof.

2 orders in a row I've gotten yard signs that were not the proper, advertised, dimensions. The first time, the order was reprinted in a timely manner. The 2nd time, whoever was supposed to handle the issue messed up and DID NOT handle anything. I had to wait until long after the signs were supposed to be delivered and then call and revisit the issue. Thankfully the 2nd person to handle the issue actually figured out how to do their job and I got notification that the order was actually getting reprinted. The original order was on April 20th and it's now May 5th and I still do not have the signs, but at least the order is in process.

ESigns has an accessible website that makes ordering large scale vinyl prints easy. They did the extra work necessary to ensure the color map of my digital image matched the map on the printed image. I will continue to use them for my purchases.

Navigating the website and ordering was very easy. I requested expedited service and my signs arrived 2 days after I order it.

I gave eSigns 1 star because 0 is not an option.
They deemed my satirical political sign inappropriate but they could not give a valid reason other than taking exception of my last caption of "Make Dictatorship Great Again". Given the similarity to the MAGA slogan, it seems that management are Trump supporters and they bring their politics to work which, is a bit ironic since we're talking about a signage and free speech and yes, the constitution. "Sad, very sad, very very sad"

They always deliver in a very timely fashion are are good about checking the design before printing. The product looks great and holds up well.

I have worked with eSigns many times and I have gone back to them time and time again. Fast and affordable, never late usually earn. The definition of under promise and over produce.

My order came so quickly and helped me get the banners up n my listing sooner than planned and made my clients very happy! They are great quality and look so nice!

Ordered 10 magnetic signs. They came out exactly as expected. Service was quicker than originally stated. Will,use them again.

Over a year ago, I ordered a banner and it was delivered very pixelated. I brought this to their attention and Emmanuel said I had only 24 hours to notify them to take advantage of the Goof Proof guarantee. Three weeks ago I made a $430 purchase, and specifically requested Esign to ensure that the product was not pixelated. It was delivered pixelated and I notified Emmanuel within 24 hours. There was some back-and-forth about submitting the work through their online design tool. Then Emmanuel just stop communicating. He offered me a 20% discount on future work and refused to reprint or give a refund. The Goof Proof guarantee is a joke and a fraud. I have spent plenty of money with Esigns only to get screwed on a job like this.

Very easy to order. Confirmation that the files are perfect. Emails updating progress. Quick delivery and beautiful final product!

Product purchased, didn't arrive on time (despite upgrading to next day air). Vendor was late in providing shipment according to UPS.

No refund offered, only credit for future purchase, and only for amount paid not a penny more.

Didn't really feel a "so sorry, we messed up". Felt more a "oh well, that happens, we'll credit you for next time". When they know full well there likely won't be a next time.

This was my third time ordering with esigns (repeat customer) and that's how they handled this order.

From one business owner to another, when you mess up, do more than making it right. (This hasn't even been made right.)

I won't order from esigns again if time is of the essence.
