Escape Bathrooms & Kitchens Recensioni

We've used Escape Bathrooms twice now, once for a complete refurb / update of our family bathroom and just recently for a new downstairs W.C. - one modern, one traditional. Tara worked with us on both and she has been truly excellent. It's so unusual to find someone who is so patient, extremely efficient, and listens to what you want. Her knowledge of products and what's out there is second to none and nothing seems to be to much trouble. It's often when things don't go as planned that you really appreciate the service Tara and Escape Bathrooms provide. One supplier supplied the wrong radiator valve which was only apparent when the plumber was fitting it but she got straight onto the supplier and sorted it straight away. And when we noticed a chip on the toilet seat it was replaced quickly with no quibble. I would definitely recommend Escape Bathrooms and Tara in particular. We will be using Escape Bathrooms again.

Great bathroom supplier. Fantastic communication and always happy to help!

I really recommend Escape Bathrooms in Honiton. Lovely showroom and great staff. Maddie was brilliant throughout the process of redesigning my en suite. She came up with good ideas and was so patient with my many changes of mind. She was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process as easy as possible.

My bathroom reconstruction needed planning, innovative design, technical specification requests and after sales service across a number of trades. Josh Roach in the Chard branch provided the perfect bathroom plan, quality products, quick and efficient ordering and a timely response to both customer and trade enquiries. The installation went without a hitch, the final effect - stunning.

Becky responded really quickly to my queries and resolved them within 24 hours. She was really friendly, personable and professional. I'm very happy with the result.

Becky Berryman has helped us with the design and supply of fittings for 2 shower rooms and WC. She has been outstanding. Nothing has been too much trouble and her design proposals are excellent. She is also a really charming person to deal with. I cannot recommend Escape / Becky highly enough.

Becky and Tara were really good at understanding what I needed and communicating. Just what you would want.

Josh Roach at bathroom escapes Chard was brilliant at helping me design a complete bathroom refurbishment after making 2 rooms into 1. I didn't know where to start! Josh completely designed the bathroom into a fantastic spacious bathroom with a bath & a shower area, giving me everything I wanted. I was able to take colour sample’s home of wall tiles and flooring .And I visited the showroom a few times to see the plans & colours etc… it was also sent via email for me to see and somethings were sorted via phone as it suited my busy life. i would highly recommend Josh Roach and escape bathrooms.
Thank you

I would definitely recommend Escape Bathrooms.

Tara helped us to design a new ensuite and bathroom, guiding us through the process and discussing various different options that would suit us. It was great to see the different fixture and fittings in the showroom and with Tara ordering our choices helped to make the process simple from start to finish. We had a few issues such as missing handles which was sorted out straight away.

We are delighted with our new bathrooms and thank you Tara and Escape bathrooms

Gina was an excellent collaborator in designing the kitchen and helping me with choices (sink, tap, countertop, etc.) Although the installers are not employed by Escape, they were referred by them and they were excellent. The kitchen is fully transformed and truly stunning.

Nice showroom with lots of ideas and plenty of space to park. Free home visit to help with the planning which was so helpful. Becky who we dealt with was absolutely excellent, very knowledgable - helpful and kind (with an excellent sense of humour and the patience of a saint !!) Goods arrived when she said they would. So far all excellent - thank you

We would like to thank Joanna of bathroom escapes Chard. We recently had a complete bathroom refurbishment. While we knew what we wanted we didn't know where to start! Joanna completely redesigned the bathroom into a fantastic shower room, giving us everything we wanted. We were able to bring samples home of wall tiles, flooring and cabinet colours and textures to choose exactly what we wanted. Everything was done for us and was expertly fitted by Adrian and his team. We would highly recommend Joanna and escape bathrooms.
Thanks again.

How lovely to discover such wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, local business. Escape Bathrooms also went beyond the call of duty to rectify problems which were no fault of their own.

Ordering was simple, despite the vast array and overwhelming choice of bathroom furniture and fittings. The showroom has also recently been professionally updated and it was good to see sone of the items pre purchase. This was thanks to Tara, who is a real asset to Escape Bathrooms, as was her level of after sales service and taking responsibilty to rectify problems.

Indeed, some of the bathroom furniture arrived damaged, yet Tara was straight onto it and replacements swiftly sourced/delivered.

A big shout out also to Paul Race Interiors, for completing such a wonderful job. I now have hotel-quality bathrooms. Famtastic!

11/10 all round

We wanted a complete bathroom refit and went to the Chard showroom as recommended by our neighbours. A mind boggling choice of products, and a very patient Josh Roach who coped admirably with all our questions, and the indecision with colours! A definite example of how too much choice makes life more complicated! Once the final decisions were made, the products were ordered as per the specification and were ready exactly when our brilliant fitter (Ben Chubb plumbing & bathrooms) needed them. The shower tray arrived with manufacturing damage, but Josh sorted a replacement from the manufacturer for next day delivery - amazing! The quality of the parts is excellent, and the finished bathroom definitely has the wow factor in our opinion - we love it!

I had an excellent experience at Total in Shepton Mallet. Tara could not have been more helpful or patient as I dithered over what to buy. She gave advice when I asked for it and knew the products exceptionally well, she’s certainly an asset to the business!
The showroom is very well laid out and gave me a real idea of how items would look in my own home.

We always go to Escape Bathrooms for our bathroom fixtures and fittings and have found Becky to be very helpful and efficient. Recently, we needed replacement tap heads and disc valves and Becky sorted it all out for us with the manufacturer straight away. She is always friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Becky.

We were recommended to Escape Bathrooms after several stressful and unproductive encounters with other companies. Becky immediately gave us confidence in her knowledge, experience and good advice. She followed up queries straight away with the manufacturer and advised us on suitable products when we weren’t sure which to choose, showing good insight into her client’s requirements. The whole project went smoothly from advising on products to recommending a good bathroom fitter. We are very pleased with our two bathrooms, cloakroom and hallway tiling and thank Becky for her help in achieving this.

Used Escape Bathrooms on recommendation from my builder and worked with Josh Roach to get the layout and furniture correct.
