Formation intéressante et pertinente, toutefois la valorisation de la langue de formation, le Français, laisse pleinement à désirer. Présentation traduite partiellement de l'anglais au Français, l'ensemble des photos et affiches en complément d'info n'ont pas été traduite, et au cours du dernière chapitre l'audio était en anglais malgré la langue de formation en Français sélectionné. Merci de bien corrigé la situation

course was set at a good pace - the narration differed from the text on some of the slides but nothing different in the message. there were also a a few spelling mistakes on the slide about medical emergencies - "fibbers" instead of fibers.

The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. I’d like the option to print a copy so I can keep it on my desk for quick reference. When answering questions—whether correctly or incorrectly—an explanation should always be provided, clarifying the correct answer. Immediate feedback is valuable and helps reinforce understanding.

L'apprentissage est facile, les cours sont supers bien détaillés, le site est très facile à utiliser et les questions posées lors des tests sont très cohérantes et aident d'avantage à comprendre le cours. De plus, il y a une nouvelle chance de refaire son test quand on a pas eu un bon résultat c'est tellement soulageant et je trouve également que la somme est très adaptée et abordable pour tout cela. Vous faites du très bon travail ! Je vous remercie.

Overall it was a good experience due to how simplistic it was but some of the videos audio was not good and it was messed up and it sounded like there was other noises going on and I made sure that it wasn't anything on my end and it kept doing it for a few of the videos which made it hard to focus on what they were saying as well. Some of the audio played at the same time. What I mean is two of the text boxes were being read at the same time and so you had to pretty much read it yourself rather than listening

Content is easy to understand and interesting.

The course was very easy to follow. I would like to be able to change the speed of the audio in the videos. I found that the slow paced voice made each video take much longer than it would take to just read on your own.

The information was great, and so was the training. I did find it to run a little long, but the information was relevant, and important to know before going on field work assigment.
