Product supplied not as advertised
Bought a product advertised on ebay. The product came in a plain polythene bag and not the official manufacturer’s product packaging shown on ebay. eRoofing said it was the same product in the bag but I doubt it and had no way of verifying this. I lost my return postage cost as eroofing would not cover this even with the product clearly not being as shown in the advertisement. BEWARE!!
You ask in your reply is there anything you can do. Yes there is. I sent photo showing the product was not as shown in ebay so if you are a reputable company, own the error and refund my £12.95 return postage

Brilliant product
The ordering was straight forward. The advice given to me was very helpful. The window and flashing kit was delivered very quickly and correct. The box was undamaged. Overall I was very impressed with the service provided and would definitely used them again.

Good all round experience
Easy to use website, not the cheapest however not bad on price but offered next day delivery. Delivery was next day and we organised on a pallet with all goods undamaged. A very good experience

Good ordering experience suffered from poor couriers...
Ordering from ERoofing was quick, easy & very convenient tbh... the only problems were caused by couriers, 1st courier 'DX' failed to deliver the entire order, 2nd courier 'DHL' delivered a day late as claimed couldn't get easy access to the delivery address the 1st day? So although ERoofing sent out for next day, & to be fair most was next day, as a result of a weekend an order made 01/08 wasn't completely delivered till 07/08 lol
