Reliability.
Poor delivery schedule.
I ordered my materials ( waterproof paint for roofs ) on Thursday the 19th Sept but though you guarantee next day delivery. My parcel did not arrive until Monday Afternoon on the 24th Sept. Was meant to do the arranged work for the Customer on Sat 21st Sept as requested by the Customer. Unfortunately not due to the late delivery.
