Excellent products and excellent customer service

The products formula have been changed on a lot of items but the price keeps going up. The products are not worth it to purchase because there are so many other great quality of products on the market at a fraction of the cost. Do yourself a favor and shop around and try other brands. Also Erno Laszlo have terrible customer service with incompetent people working for them. Save yourself the hassle and your wallet buy other products.

The product shipped quickly, was packed very well, and shipping time was only a couple of days.

products deliver

This item just sits on the top of the pores and doesn't really help with the appearance of pores. Its also very drying and requires quite a bit of moisturizer to make it blend well.

I wish there was a Erno Lazlo consultant one coukd work with. I want the best choice of products possibly.

Slowly moving to other brand. Not sure of the value provided especially after all the changes you have made to the product line. The phelatyl lotion, eye products etc.

Active phelityl soap has always been part of my daily routine. The intensive cream is now a must as an all face moisturizer in The harsh New England weather.

Customer service is excellent. I had a question as to what my regimen should look like and they were quick and efficient to answer my question.

I have been using the Erno Laszlo products off and on since 1970’s.
As a licensed esthetician, (trained at Dr. Payot in Paris), I had my own custom skin care line for years - make a long story short, just the other day I purchased Laszlo’s Phelityl Oil Cleanser - the previously 200 ml bottle is now a 190 ml one- same price…second product purchased, chose the 50 ml Phelityl Reviving Cream - not full, not even 40 ml - disappointing new marketing farce and management - their response had no validity.
But the worst of all is when I checked if the products are Cruelty Free - they are not! “Ethical Elephant” a reliable cosmetics site, describes it clearly: “cosmetics sold in stores in mainland China are required by law to be tested on animals”… heartbreaking!
