I tried to buy products using the code indicated in the email and it didn't work. I had about $900 worth of product in my cart. I did not make the purchase without the 30% discount and was planning to contact customer service about this.

I did not receive the product samples I had the option to choose. I ordered 2 products I have used for years and selected was given the option to select a sample with each product but neither sample came. Very disappointing because Laszlo counters in department stores are very limited, unlike 1981 when I first started using EL

I have used Erno Laszlo products since 1980 and will not change to any other skin care products. While I have tried samples from other companies, I'm never satisfied. My loyalty and usage over the past 40+ years say everything about the Laszlo products. I always try new products and am never disappointed.

The mattiifying gel moisturizer is ideal for warmer weather and higher humidity. The sale price was an incentive for a product that I knew I loved. The texture and fragrance are wonderful.

I purchased a few items, during a 30% Sale promotion, only got the discount on 2 of the three items, but the thing that really upset me, was hours after my purchase, I got either an email or text saying they were increasing the sale from 30% off to 40% off. It is such a disappointing thing to do to anyone who had otherwise been happy making a 30% off sale purchase. And bring back the Phelityl SPF 15 Moisturizer… it was hands down your best product.

I dislike that the brand has strayed from Dr. Laszlo’s original vision. The clocking rituals were what made Laszlo stand out in the skincare world. Also, some very key products have been discontinued, and as a person who suffers with problem skin, changing what works can be devastating. Please bring back Special Skin Soap and Conditioning Preparation. Also, please bring back the large size soap bar—it felt so luxurious to use. Oh, what happened to the splashes, the cornerstone of the Laszlo ritual? Dr. Laszlo said, "If there was no such thing as water, I would have had to invent it."

I have used Erno Laslo since I was in my teens and now a Grandmother. I also was a beauty executive for Erno Lazslo for several years. This product is exceptional in every way. It addresses all skin types young and mature skin. I am just now using the formula 3-10 and I had results overnight. The hydration and luminess of my skin is so much better!!! This top of the line product is such great quality it is worth the price and for every time they have a great special such as , 30% off that is spectacular. If you have not tried this product I suggest using this!!!!!

I liked the fact that the shipping was speedy but I did not like the fact that in order to have free shipping I needed to buy $100 of merchandise. It used to be $50. Raising it to $100 is way too much.
