The 12-week management course I took with Erkut Sogut has been one of the most valuable experiences of my career. In such an industry it is incredibly rare for someone to share such vast knowledge with others. The ESA has been incredible in educating agents in passing the exam, as well as mentorship for operating successfully and ethically as an agent.
