Everything went smoothly and very quickly. Clear up of the rooms and outside area the end of the installation was super.

The men came promptly at the time specified, were polite and answered my questions. They did the work expertly and swiftly and did a great job of clearing up afterwards. They also took time to explain the window fastening. The windows look amazing, such a great improvement and I am very pleased with the result. I would recommend ERG anytime.

The salesman was not pushy went through the details of the doors etc and gave us a price and said he would leave it with us to decide when ever we wanted.
( I've sold Double glazing products, so I know my stuff about doors and windows etc. and good quality of products)

The surveyor came and measured more accurately, which gave us an even better option for one of the doors.

The fitter arrived and politely introduced himself as Neil, he made a start getting all fours doors fitted then went round stating the trims etc , he made sure there was dust sheets down where he was working and gave great detail to the finishing touches ( In total it was 1.5 days to fit the four doors)

Very professional, the measurement, what I wanted, the price agreed, and deposit and final price. The installation was clean and easy.

From start to finish, the engagement and communication, in person visits/meetings, installation and aftercare has been brilliant. ERG are an organisation that I trust and would recommend to anyone.

Needed a couple of replacement windows replaced due to condensation between glass. ERG very efficient, glass ordered and fitted promptly all under warranty. Thank you

So delighted with ERG Scotland.
Went on holiday and left a key for the installers.
They came in and fitted all new windows throughout the house so when we came home, all completed to a fantastic finish. I would never have known they had been there. Thank you to all the staff for a brilliant job.

Ordered triple mirrored wardrobe doors in white finish. Finally delivered only to discover they were gold finish. They admitted their mistake and collected them. Minimal apology and no offer of compensation for our additional wait. I contacted ERG customer services and made formal complaint. No response. I contacted them again and queried the lack of response plus stated that we should be compensated. Called them today to get an update. Apparently they received them last week but couldn’t give a date for delivery. After all this waiting the response is shocking. Not a great experience.

Great experience from start to finish. I was kept informed all the way through the process from the initial Sales enquiry to the installation. Installation team was brilliant, exceptional attention to detail. The finish product exceeded our expectations.

I found ERG very efficient from Quote to fitting. When looking for a new front door ERG were the best value for money, the rep went through the options on what was the best door for our house and was very knowledgeable about all the doors in the catalogue. The engineer who fitted the door was very thorough and made very little mess and made a neat job of fitting the door. The new door has made a big difference to the warmth to the house but not only that the look of the front of the house. ERG have given me a great service and a good quality door at a very reasonable price.

Everything from the planning to the build and completion has been straightforward and professional. We kept informed about the timings and processes involved at each stage. The finished extension is perfect and the finish immaculate, we are delighted with it!
