Pasiūlymas ateičiai: ekranas, kuriame rodomas stalo aukštis, galėtų būti su apsaugine plėvele, kurią galima nuplėšti po surinkimo, nes stikliukas šiektiek buvo įrėžtas, bet naudojimui netrukdo:)

Assembly instructions for table are misleading from the first step. Step 1 and Step 2 should be switched, because it is not possible to assembly in this way. I had to call to support to clarify what is going on. Step 1 also could be more clear what exact length should be applied according to table length. Now you have to add side brackets to adjust length, which makes assembly complicated. Also, hardware bag was missing, which is not a big deal if support helps, but... Support answered without representation of company. It is personal number of someone and it does not add trust. Support asked me to check for a bag one more time, but they couldn't even name a box where should I start to look for it. Since there was 3 boxes, I had to check them all. No biggie, but not professional. When I didn't find it once again, they promised me to send it. Day 3, still waiting. Courier status shows, that package only has a label, but package is still not passed to them. Also, I edited address where should they send a package via email, but it was ignored or missed. As I mentioned this is day three. I am trying to call them, but phone is turned off. I wrote them via email, but I still have no answer after 4 hours. I only expect, that product itself is OK, but I still can't check it. Guys, improve your support and client attitude. Today is the last day I am waiting and tolerating ignore. Tomorrow I'll ask for refund and chose your competitors.

Very good product, very easy assembly, ordered as a founder of a startup for the team and we assembled the chairs in 20-30min, we love the quality and comfort of them!🙌

I bought two chairs and paid for express shipping (3-5 days for delivery). It has been 2 days and no updates, no tracking number, and no answer to the email.
I want the tracking number of my order and the reimbursement of the express fee.

Stalas man patiko labai, bet truko 4 skyliu stalčiukui ir 2 skylių maitinimo blokui. Dar su siuntimo buvo problema, bet tikriausiai čia buvo pačios omniva problema, net stalą laikė virš savaites terminale Vilniaus. O pats stalas tikrai pabai kokybiškas, patogus ir likau patenkintas produktu.

Pristatymas greitas ir sklandus. Nusipirkome stalą ir kėdes vaiko kambariui. Tai esam labai patenkinti. Sūnus dievina sėdėti prie stalo ir žaisti ar spręsti užduotis. Patogi. Lengvai galima pritaikyti prie ūgio. Tikrai rekomenduojame.
