Agree with many others. Rare to order something these days and hear nothing for 8 days. Hoping a review here will make them move.

Erf electrical is a embarrassment to the electrical installer . They have a awful reputation in the Midlands especially cannock. They never have the total stock ! Leaving electricians waiting weeks for parts ? I visited cannock branch once to be greeted by inexperienced staff and very unprofessional manager with nothing in stock that we needed ? I went argos and B&Q and got what I needed with better quality and reasonable price as well ..

avoid this company at all cost if you ever find yourself with an illness they tell you they dont care they even treat there own staff even worse

Used ERF for the first time. Found their telephone assistance very friendly and their delivery very quick indeed. Allowed me to sort out a job which had been delayed by other less professional suppliers. 10 out of 10.

Reliable but could do better on comunication which they seem to be trying

After over 2 years, the 2 usb sockets i purchased became faulty. As I had no receipt now, I felt a bit let down. I rang ERF who understood my unhappiness and promised to look into the transaction. To my total surprise, DREW EVANS rang me back within 2 hours to tell me that he will replace the 2 sockets totally free of charge and deliver to my door. All within 2 days!!!. A very happy bunny. TOP MARKS ERF.

Received the product. Needed to replace an old fire alarm.

Being Christmas week I could not believe I would get the lamp the next day but your Company excelled themselves by getting it to me the following morning. Well done!

Visited the Blaby branch for the first time this afternoon. I needed new spotlight fittings - staff member was really helpful and took time to look at what I needed. This store is local for me and I can’t believe I haven’t used it before - will certainly use for all my jobs in future. Great store.

Special mention to Paul and James Donaghy we have several large contracts and they really do make ordering an easy experience.

We've been using ERF for a while now and they always go above and beyond, in particular Tom Lane who can't do enough to help. He's always open and honest about any supply chain issues which helps us to plan ahead and keep our projects on track.

Great wholesaler , very immediate friendly service always got in stock what I need at very competitive prices. Don’t bother with any of the others in the area as there is no contest.
