Toxic employment culture at Equivo
The only reason to work at Equivo is because you have no other options available to you. There is a toxic culture at the Equivo Bracknell office. The manager was disorganised and chaotic and there were very little structure or process. Staff were expected to work long days and lunch breaks were frowned upon. Favouritism was rife in the company, and people were promoted at the whims of the senior team. Staff were treated very poorly, and salary and benefits were abysmal. Avoid this company at all costs.

The team at Equivo were 100%…
The team at Equivo were 100% professional from first contact and all the way through to collection. As well as dealing with the debt collection they also very effectively dealt with High Court Enforcement of a possession order. I cannot recommend this firm too highly.

Professional and Understanding
I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a trespasser and Equivo were instructed by my solicitors to deal with the eviction process. I found them to be very professional and understanding of this horrible situation and found all of the staff but specifically Keren who dealt with the eviction at the property a great help. I also had dealings with Jonathan one of the directors at Equivo who was always willing to take my calls and give me guidance on the situation.
