The customer is always wrong.
The website is full of pitfalls. You can easily be led into an accidental additional purchase and you have no recourse to sort it out as the office closed but carried on sending out parcels and taking money from accounts. The customer service is solely based on telling you that you made a mistake and they cannot rectify it. Definitely a company culture that the customer is always wrong. Avoid this company and especially ensure that you do not give them your bank details as they cannot be trusted and you could end up suddenly seeing a large lump of money disappear from your account as happened to me at a time of year when money is already stretched.

Thank you for leaving feedback, we are sorry to hear that you were not happy with our customer service on this occasion.
We sent out an email in December reminding customers on a subscription plan of upcoming Royal Mail strikes as this would allow them to amend their subscription dates accordingly. To bring your subscription forward you were instructed to log into your customer account and amend your existing subscription. It appeared that you accidentally set up a separate subscription whilst on our website meaning you were sent two separate orders.
All of our office staff were on holidays for the Christmas period meaning email inboxes were not monitored however we ensured that our warehouse remained open so that customer orders could still be sent out.
Upon returning to office we were met with several emails from yourself asking for an order to be cancelled and money refunded however this was already dispatched from our warehouse and could not be done. We cancelled the subscription that you had accidentally set up and gave you the option of returning your order for a full refund however you declined this offer. As per our terms and conditions, refunds cannot be issued until product is returned us in an unopened and re-sellable.
