Unfortunately have used the bandages…
Unfortunately have used the bandages twice now and both times legs were warm afterwards. No different to legs without bandages applied. Gutted as wanted something convenient to cool.

Hi Anya, I'm sorry to hear that you didn't get on with our bandages, we do advise that anyone who is unhappy with the product gets in touch with us directly so that we can give advice & resolve the situation & if necessary refund the cost of the order, we will always refund anyone who is not entirely happy with the product.
In response to your specific experience, the surface of the legs will sometimes feel warmer because the evaporative cooling process draws heat away from the deeper tissues to the surface, certainly the outside of the bandage will feel warmer during the cooling process for the same reason.
We usually ask people during demonstrations to feel with their other hand the heat being drawn away, by hovering over the bandaged arm.
It is really helpful to try the bandage on your own arm so that you understand how cold your arm gets as the coolant evaporates (takes about 10/15 minutes to get really cold) even though the surface of the arm might feel slightly warmer to the touch.

Love these products! I use my bandages for travelling, when my horse is stabled and always after any exercise. They massively helped my horse when she strained her tendon and I swear by them for speeding up the recovery ❤️🩹

Very effective alternative to cold hosing
Bought the bandages for a horse on box rest after damaging a check ligament. He wasn't allowed to walk to the hose and we have no way of keeping ice frozen at the yard. We used them twice a day and the swelling/heat reduced quickly. One advantage is that we can groom/exercise other horses while the bandage is on. Our vet saw him for a checkup and thought the bandages were an excellent alternative to cold hosing. The original product (and then the extra refill I ordered) were delivered very quickly. The pouches containing the bandages are surprisingly robust. They are good value for money to keep in a first aid kit or to deal with a box rest issue.

Unacceptable …
I ordered your coolant which you posted with no protection for the carton . It split in transit and I received a half empty carton which poured onto all other mail. Please respond . I can hardly blame the post office . There wasn’t even a box which would have protected the fragile carton .

Hi Rachel, We did speak on the phone a few weeks ago so hopefully this is now resolved & you have received your replacement coolant. Apologies again for the damage to your order, the bottles are designed to be posted safely and we do seal them inside a plastic bag but we can never absolutely guarantee that damage won’t occur but we will always replace on the rare occasion that it does.

A real must-have essential
Really good! Reusable bandage with refresher to put in the sealing bag makes it a really useful 'must-have' and is ready when needed. No stable/horsebox should be without at least one.
