I ordered designer handbags from Equestrian Universe, expecting authentic merchandise. The bags arrived from China, and once I looked them over, I didn't believe they were genuine designer products. Nothing on the site said they would ship from overseas or be anything other than the real thing.

I asked for a return and a full refund. They offered two options:

Keep the bags and get only 50% back.
Pay to ship them myself to a warehouse in Dongguan, China, at my own risk, and get a full refund only if their inspection approved it.

I don't think it's right to make a customer pay to send goods back overseas when the goods weren't what was advertised. I asked for a prepaid return label and haven't gotten a fair answer. I've opened a dispute with my card issuer and reported the store to Shopify.

I bought a mini Longchamp bag and it is completely fake. Looks nothing like the photo does not have the logo stamp as advertised. They are not US based, the product shipped from China and took two weeks to arrive.

Very disappointing experience. I paid $54.95 for a Mini Leather Longchamp Bag, but I believe the bag I received is counterfeit. When I requested a full refund, Equestrian Universe repeatedly offered partial refunds for me to keep it. They required me to return it to China at my own expense for a full refund.

I requested a U.S. return address or prepaid return shipping, but the issue remains unresolved after numerous emails. I have lost trust in this seller and am pursuing a credit card dispute. Buyers should be aware of my experience before ordering.

If I could give negative stars I would. The company did not send me what I ordered until I filed a BBB complaint. Then they sent me 3 FAKES.

Fake Longchamp bags. No shipping info. No customer service. Reported to American Express. They use a 3rd party to bill called Split it. Beware bad news!!!

Fake Longchamp bags. I've sent 9 back and forth emails to get a refund. Now they want me to send the bags to China or they'll only give me a 50% return. Disputing with my credit card company now.

The bag is counterfeit. Completely fake and can’t return. When I tried to return, customer service will not reply.

I wanted to check if it is a legit company/website so I called the phone number on the website and all I get is a busy tone.
