What a great bike, it's exceeded all expectations, this is the first time I've had an electric bike and I'm really impressed, Epicstuff.co.uk were excellent to deal with with immediate answers to my enquiries while in the 'making my mind up' phase and then when I ordered the bike made a very fast delivery, I'll definitely be buying from them again.

Once built the actual ride on is great - they adore it. Hopefully it lasts us a long time.
However building it was not so fun. My husband is very technical and competent but spent half his time swearing at it as half
Of it didn’t make sense.
Perseverance paid off as my daughter was so happy opening it, but the instructions could have been a lot more straightforward.

We purchased the kids ride on tractor.
I had a query in which someone got back to me super fast (was my error- didn’t fill in the order form correctly!!), was so surprised by how quickly it was delivered. Excellent quality and my kids LOVE it!!

Delivery came very quickly and everything was correct and well packaged, so can also be tidily put away for next year

Brought my first a couple of months ago, I run with nimh batteries as I have a couple dogs that love running round after my rcs but found tying keep ahead of them my usa 1 chewed through them so brought another truck for twin motor and quad battery conversion and a ruck of spares :) great service and fast delivery will use again for sure

Absolutely brilliant service, we ordered late on Thursday and the item was delivered less than 24 hours later, ready for our Son’s 5th birthday. We clearly placed our order far too late for it to arrive on his birthday, we knew that, yet the amazing service from Epic Stuff actually got it there on time.
