What a great guy and true craftsman Michael is. Surveyed what I needed doing and found the cheapest option to meet my needs and sorted my door out all on the same day. Brilliant service.

Excellent service at a very reasonable price
My mother in law's front door jammed in the locked position. Michael from Epic Locksmiths came out and fixed it within a couple of hours. Very curtious, friendly and, in the initial phone call, provided a range of possible costs. The final bill was well within this range. Epic is now in my list of go to tradesmen and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a locksmith.

We were unable to lock our conservatory door as the handle had jammed. I contacted Michael at Epic Locksmith's. He was extremely helpful, identified the probable problem and gave me quotes over the phone. He arrived an hour later and fixed the lock. He also adjusted our front door lock, which was stiff, at no extra charge. He was professional, polite and the charges were very reasonable. I would certainly recommend Epic Locksmiths.

Locked out, would recommend
The service we received was certainly Epic. After getting ourselves locked out of the house on a hot sunny Sunday with 5 month old baby in tow, Mike was able to get to us within half and hour and resolve the situation. It wasn't the easiest of jobs, but it was done very quickly. Would recommend!

Mike from Epic Locksmiths recently sorted out my front door lock. I have to say I was so impressed that I paid what he quoted… no extras! And found him to be trust worthy and honest.
My key had jammed in the door and Mike managed to find what was causing that and make my home safe and secure again. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Huge thanks again Mike!

Michael was great
Michael was great, very patient with my mum and wrote down and explained in detail how to use the lock. He was very efficient in his job and left everything as he found it . We would definitely use him again if needed and would highly recommend him.

Excellent service. Mike had to replace a very old lock for us. It proved very stubborn but Mike dealt with it with great patience and humour. The work done was a very high standard at a very reasonable cost. I would have no hesitation recommending Mike.

We had an issue with the door mechanism and I contacted epic locksmiths. I sent him a video and photos and he immediately knew what was wrong. Came out when it was convenient for us. He explained what he was going and what went wrong. Lovely bloke. Would use again.

Help I can’t find my keys.
I called Epic which had been recommended to me by a good friend. I spoke to Michael who listened to my predicament and was able to offer a solution that was affordable and even better than that, he was able to visit my house on the day to complete the work.
I am delighted with the outcome and with highly recommend Epic Locksmiths and especially Michael for his care and attention, expertise and understanding. 5 Star
