We first installed Eviroshake on our cottage 2018(replaced cedar shakes)and most recently fall 2022 we used Eviroshake on a bunkie.
The product is amazing and the Eviroshake staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful, always there for our questions. Both our orders 2018 and 2022 were delivered in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this product and company.

We are very happy with our recently installed Enviroslate roof. The experience was first rate from the first contact with the company. Samples were delivered quickly, all questions answered and the purchasing and delivery to CT were all excellent. The local installer was suggested by the Enviroslate rep and they did an outstanding job. House looks amazing and we are very pleased.

After 5 years of Quebec weather, our roof is still looking like it did when installed in 2018. We are very happy with the look. It is handling the winds and cold winter temperatures very well. We had a small issue with a warranty document (a fault of our own) but customer service rapidly and professionally resolved the issue.

Great customer services which compliments the quality material and delivery timing. All around an excellent company to purchase from and work with!

The price is not worth the product. I had to use a vender to unload the produce, and pay them to unload it. You don't sell the product out of the US. I'm guessing that is because of the price. Its hard to move.
Secondly, the order was wrong. I had nothing but Ice and water shield and no underlayment and 10 times the number of snow guards needed. Either the sales rep made a mistake or this is a common practice, knowing I have no way of returning or modifying the order.
I only will use you product if I am forced to by HOAs. Its not profitable other wise.

Enviroshake is in the top tier of lifetime roofing materials. The excellent wind ratings and overall strength of the product make it far superior than cedar shake and less expensive than asphalt based materials. Installation is straightforward once the processes are taught to an installer through Enviroshake’s Contractor Factory Training.

Working on the turret was a fantastic opportunity to provide a lifetime roof using the skills I have developed over the years. The Enviroshake product allowed us to keep the charm and charisma in this beautiful Victorian home. It was a challenging, but very rewarding project. I look forward to more Enviroshake installs in the future.

I had an aluminum standing seam metal roof of which the manufacturer would not fully stand behind their written warranty. Over a period of one year there were several back and forth arguments over it. Then we had a hail storm that totally ruined the metal roof. My insurance company (Chubb) were great, they paid us for a total loss without any deductible!!!
So I spent several weeks of research looking for a different and superior roof system. My search kept leading me to a synthetic roof system, which I knew nothing about. I kept up my research about this product of which I found 3 producers, after a deep dive into this and several conversations with the 3 manufacturers I settled in on Enviroshake because of their superior product, 100% warranty against Hail, no one else could this. WHAT A GOOD DECISION THIS TURNED OUT TO BE! Kristina Lorio at Enviroshake made this decision easy. She is VERY knowledgeable about the product, They also issued a list of certified installers, I chose one fairly close to my location. Dustin Heaps owner of Coastal Roofing and Waterproofing done a fantastic job on my roof. I could not believe how easy they were to work with and they done a fantastic job. I could not be more satisfied! I WILL NEVER USE A METAL ROOFING PRODUCT AGAIN ON ANY OF MY PROPERTIES . I rarely issue any reviews, but I figured the entire country needs to know about this product and the installer! I rate Enviroshake and Coastal Roofing and Waterproofing 5 out of 5 stars!!

Just like before, the staff was very courteous and professional and I received my product (cedar shake), in a very timely manner. I Cannot wait until I finish my project to show off Enviroshake's product!!!

This is the third time I purchase shakes from Enviroshake. This time I replaced my wood fascia with the shakes. I'll have no further need to re-sand and re-stain the fascia every 2-3 years! Great service, prompt delivery, great product! The fascia looks great!

As a Boston, NH roofing contractor for the past 30 years, seldom a product comes along that you can get excited about installing and selling for it's Beauty, longevity and ease of installation, we found it or rather they found us at EnviroShake.

We installed Enviroshake on our building and already receiving inquiries in the first week!

We contacted Enviroshake directly as we had purchased from you before. Instead of just taking our order for additional shingles, you sent us to an outside sales agent. There were so many delays as a result. The back and forth involved in this almost made us give up on your product. Not sure if we will order from you again. Would love to recommend you to others but it will come with a warning label regarding the issues we had. The product is so good. Too bad service was not there in the order process.

Had to order some replacement ridge caps to deal with recent storm damage, and got exactly what I needed. I wish processing and shipping was faster, but it's all fixed and I'm happy now. Thanks Enviroshake.

This is my third purchase and every time it goes smoothly. Good communication and quick service when picking up.

Based on our research, the Enviroshake product (EnviroCool to be specific) is the best available alternative to Cedar shake. The next-to-zero maintenance and 50-year warranty (which is about double the useful life of cedar) were two significant factors in our decision to use Enviroshake.

But the best part of our experience so far has been the customer service. Brad Sawyer has been knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. Because we are installing on an historic property, we needed state approval -- Brad provided research on other Enviroshake installations that helped us obtain our approval. Internally, for us, decisions require multiple layers of diligence and approvals, and Brad navigated our process with patience and cheer. Brad also provided our contractor with tremendous support in scoping our project, determining appropriate underlayment, etc.

Despite all of the "supply chain issues" in the news, Enviroshake's production and delivery of the product (to Hawaii) beat everyone's expectations. They started production on the day they said they would, they completed production and shipped on the day they said they would, and the product reached our driveway within the two-hour window they predicted it would when it left Toronto.

We are just starting installation, but so far, it has been a smooth and predictable process -- thanks to Enviroshake's best-in-class product and Brad Sawyer's excellent customer service.
