Easy to use, simple instructions to follow, everything you need supplied, and precise and quick communication. A cheaper alternative to having a full survey if like me you just needed confirmation that there is no asbestos present. Would recommend the self test kit.

No problem with the ordering of the material, but nothing has been delivered yet and it has been over a week.

I've used Envirochem before and was able to hand deliver the samples to their Yate branch so decided to use them again. I wasn't happy this time though, as they wouldn't allow this, so I had to post the samples to their Hampshire branch. Most couriers will not handle asbestos and Envirochem were most unhelpful in suggesting a courier who would. They simply said to use Royal Mail. So beware of this before purchasing their self-sample kits.

Before I do home DIY renovations I always use Envirochem to check for lead paint and asbestos. They email the results and always on hand to speak over the phone if I need clarification. They use real people not AI or lengthily processes to talk and email back within 24 hours. In todays customer service culture Envirochem holdup customer care and values by doing this.
