I've come to leave a bad review here as Ebay deleted my perfectly legitimate review off this company's Ebay page, which is absolutely wrong. I left a bad review because the DVD took forever to arrive. They use Whistl, who are completely and utterly useless. I contacted Environmedia and they took ages to respond. Terrible customer service and deleting my legitimate review is infuriating as how can buyers ever trust a seller's feedback score? Outrageous.

CD ordered three weeks ago not delivered. Currently enjoying a runaround getting a refund, this seems typical of this company. DON'T DON'T buy from this company

Overall, quite happy with the service I have received from this company. The CD's came promptly in 3 working days which is quite quick compared to the 5 days it could have took. All i will say is the cases were a little bit dirty so needed a quick wipe. There was also no emails sent to me on the status of delivery just a card receipt from PayPal hence why I can only award 4 stars. The condition of both the case and CD's themselves are actually very good. I understand that these cd's are used and are not like new but still they did not list them as new either on eBay so knew what to expect. I imagined after reading all the 1 star reviews that these CD's would not turn up and would also come in a really poor state, BUT WAS I WRONG!! Overall would shop here again knowing how cheap they are!

Very poor and misleading, re purchase on ebay a used game disc was bought but the seller does not mention it is subscription based game pass only, the disc says online but it's got to be connected to Internet anyway, then it wants money to proceed, very poor show as this was a gift. Environmental also wouldn't provide a returns label in this case. Avoid and use other more reputable companies.

Do not buy anything from this company. I purchased a CD via ebay which they said clearly in their listing would be sent Royal Mail Second class large letter. it was sent instead via Whistl who have a 100% failure rate at delivering anything to my address as they are some sort of cheap, nasty broker who pass on items to which ever courier offers to deliver at some point which could be weeks later. Suffice to say I have received not received my CD and don't expect it for many weeks yet. On the plus side ebay have to give me a refund because of their buyer guarantee scheme. This company has terrible ratings for a reason....buyer beware.

Ordered a CD which didn't arrive but they told Amazon it had been put through my letterbox. I was in all day checking the front door. Nothing. No tracking number for Royal Mail either. Awaiting a refund which I doubt I will get

As had happened previously with this seller on ebay, an order arrived damaged/not as advertised.
Due to problems with my local Post Office opening times and lack of a printer at home, I returned items with my own postage and then company claim not received, so don't refund (if you don't accept their offer of item being refurbished and sent out again!)

SCAMMERS...ordered a DVD from them and was notified it had been processed. Chased 3 times by email as wasn't received and no reply. In the process of doing a chargeback through my bank...AVOID

TERRIBLE COMPANY, CANCELLED MY ORDER AFTER A WEEK FOR 15 BLURAYS WITHOUT WARNING, SAID IT WAS DESPATCHED BUT IT WAS NOT AND THEN BEFORE I COULD RE ORDER THEY PUT UP ALL THE PRICES OF THE DISCS
