Great service when I had a problem. Long turnaround time.
The service was great, however, the imprint was misaligned and off-centered. When I notified Envelopes.com, they immediately credited me the amount, so kuddos to them. If the imprint was aligned, they would have been perfect.
My other issue was that it took a very long time to get them in hand, at least 2.5 weeks after ordering. So make sure you plan ahead and order them early.

High quality and huge variety of envelopes
I was happy to discover Envelopes.com after my go-to source for colorful envelopes closed during the pandemic. Envelopes.com offers a huge range of colors and sizes, including the bright yellow I wanted. My order arrived quickly, was very well packaged, and was of high quality. Great selection with fast shipping
I can't seem to find A1 envelopes through our regular paper suppliers, but I can always find them very easily at Envelopes.com -- with many options to choose from. Our customer likes the peel 'n seal envelopes, and I found that on here right away, in the color they wanted. I was very impressed how fast we received the order -- even our customer was surprised. Never had an issue ordering from this site. Good support and easy to navigate website.

I've been ordering my envelopes from envelopes.com for years. I have always gotten high quality envelopes, received them quickly, and had great response from their customer service as needed. They do not proof their work!
First and foremost is the fact that they printed an error in the zip code of the the return address on the envelope. There were only 4 numbers. Every zip code in the US has five numbers. Why didn't they proof their work? I was told that they print what the customer types. Even if I had made a mistake which I do not know that I did they should have seen that the zip code was incomplete and looked it up. It also took a very long time to receive my order. I will never use them again.
