Reached out to customer service bout the warranty and all they did was send me a partial credit to order a new one which they dont even have his size anymore. They can see what size was ordered and the price I paid for the ring and see their stock, so why only partial and why not tell me it wasn't available in his size anymore. They dont care that the quality of their products are crappy. I know it was only about $50(total tax and shipping) but for it to not last and to only get partial credit for an item with a LIFETIME WARRANTY is bs. Didnt even get to talk to anyone about the issue either it was all automated which is ridiculous.

My wife ordered me two rings On November 24 and didn’t receive them until December 11th. She reached out to Customer Service and they informed her it was due to a glitch in the system.
We had to replace the rings because they were the wrong size. The replacement rings have been in Awaiting from Sender status on USPS Informed Delivery for 3 weeks.
It was understandable the first time because things happen, but it becomes a pattern when it happens again. The company’s website states delivery time is 3-7 business days, but that has not been our experience.

I was SO excited to get this ring. I had a whole surprise gift planned. My package was expected on the 14th! Okay.. so I waited… had to move the event forward because it was based on the ring. 6 days later! I finally got my ring! Only for it to be 9 sizes too small. So I let my partner take it out of the package and we stare in disbelief because the size 3 ring we received isn’t fitting anyone’s fingers. And the best part? You still have to pay for the replacements shipping and handling. 60 dollars wasted on this company. Ridiculous.

OUSTANDING customer service. very rare these days. Love they are made in USA. Love the silicone ring. safe and very comfortable. IM very rough on rings but considering what it is. they are quite durable. I usually get about a year out of them which is what they say to expect. great product. even better customer service.

The design of the rings attracted my sale initially, but the amazing customer support has me hooked as a customer!
Enso has the best silicone ring designs by far, if you’re into many popular franchises. The Star Wars and Disney rings got me. The couple sets are just too cute.
I got an I Love You/I know couple set for me and my wife’s 10 year, they are so cool. We both love them!! Sadly, the size I ordered was a hair too small for my wife’s finger. I told Enso, and they sent out the larger size and were super quick and friendly. I am honestly impressed. I would recommend Enso without a second thought. Great company and amazing support staff.

I received a ring for Christmas which was one size too small. I reached out to support to exchange my ring, and they acted very swiftly to assist. They ended up sending the next size up without having to exchange! Great experience.

I’ve shopped with enso rings a few times. I work mechanics and my ring still holds strong after a couple years. While I do admire the quality of their product I have to say that what is even better than that is their customer service. In a world of weak customer service, they had someone contact me directly and could answer any questions I had and made all transactions incredibly easy. This company will not leave you hanging out to dry. I am pleasantly impressed.

De verdad NO compréis, un pedido desde España, tardo cerca de 40 días, si no reclamo ni siquiera hubiera tenido cero información del proceso de envió, pasos y estado del pedido.
Dos anillos de plástico, cerca de 70€, mas cerca de 25€ que me informan en la oficina de correos que tengo que pagar, después de orgullosos poner en su página que en el envío es gratis.
Resumen 100€ en dos trozos de plástico que por menos de 10€ tienes en amazon, shein, ali-exprex etc etc

Rewards are broken. Those points you have are useless because when you try to redeem them, you just got caught in loop where nothing is done. Enjoy watching them expire because Enso doesn't care.
When our first ring was damaged they quickly replaced it for free. The customer service was top notch! Honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced. And I work in customer service. They taught me how to be better at my job and how to handle customers. They went WAY above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They were extremely quick to respond, the customer service rep that I worked with was very personable and made sure to keep up on my order and stay with me from start to finish. She didn’t get annoyed with my million questions either. I LOVE my ring. I love all the different choices and I love that I have the Wonder Woman and my guy has the Superman so they coordinate perfectly, I HIGHLY recommend this company.

originally my rings got lost in the mail but enso rings made it more than right replacing both mine and my fiancés rings right away and when we got the wrong size for him they sent us a new one at no cost to us

Don't feel that this cheap piece of silicone is worth that much money. Feel like I wasted $60 on two of these. Wouldn't recommend for an amyone who is used to wearing very nice jewelry. In my opinion, the quality and price should be more geared towards High School age.

I ordered a Slytherin ring from the Harry Potter collection. It was absolutely hideous! First off it looked like it was less than half the thickness advertised. The design is so badly cut you don’t really get any of the images and the “paint” was already cracked, damaged, and peeling. The bottom of the ring looked like it had been grated, hacked, or chopped at. It was just the ugliest and cheapest looking thing. For a couple dollars sure but not 60+$.

By far the best customer service I have experience, and I truly feel like they saved our wedding. Can't say enough positive things about my experience!
Phenomenal experience. Loved the look of the rings, but I had bought the wrong sizes. Company told me to keep the original ones I bought and sent me new ones in the requested sizes without a shipping charge. My fiance and I are so happy with our Star Wars rings!
