Actually announce they turned up. Poor signal area, so arrived early then couldn’t make contact so drove away. Didn’t think to pop into restaurant and advise arrival. Plus advised of refund which was never processed. 🤔

Waited over 45 minutes when was told it…
Waited over 45 minutes when was told it would be 10 minutes. Phoned central team various times regarding updates and was met with rude service. No text confirmation. I had to asked for car details to look for.
Struggled to find cab, driver great.
Poor central team service and booking service. Quick to take money with no follow up. It’s felt like a scam

Really good service
The whole experience from ordering the taxi , through the payment process and then to understanding the arrival time of the driver was easy and painless. Driver was courteous and the long journey home (over an hour) was very smooth and pleasant

Ripped Off
Being charged £21.20 for a 2.5 mile journey from Birmingham New Street to the Park Regis Hotel was, frankly, ridiculous. According to other taxis the cost should not have exceeded £10.00. As a comparison the next day using a different taxi service from Park Regis Hotel to Birmingham International Airport was £19.80, took twenty to twenty five minutes was over nine miles! Ripped Off!
