Makes reading the classics so enjoyable!
The best customer service since I’ve been a subscriber on and off for several years. Anytime I’ve had a question I have received a quick response from an actual person and not an automated response. I even made it more confusing by starting out with a monthly membership on one credit card and then switched up to a yearly membership on a different credit card. eNotes was right on point with the change in payment type and switched gears immediately.
Using the app itself is and has always been very informative, well-organized and the Chapter Summary and Analysis has no equal. I can’t say enough about helpful eNotes has been while I journey through the classics.

Quality is crap
It isn't customer service, when a Autobot makes a reply and not a human. Also your Autobot just answered half of my questions.
