This company have been sending shirts for my son and i for over 2 years and I've never had a problem. The packaging is always spot on and delivery and payment are no hassle. Between us we have over 20 shirts, only one duplicate and that was an Italy national shirt! It is great fun for my boy and I to unbox the shirts and look into three teams they come from. What a great shout!!

Absolutely fantastic service. Every shirt spot on. My eldest son absolutely loves it every month when a box comes through the post. Feyenoord home and Celta Vigo away last 2 shirts. Absolute belters.

Excellent customer service, ordered the wrong sizes (completely my fault). Emailed Ben and he changed the order no fuss. Most other places would’ve made me cancel and reorder which would’ve been annoying. On top of that I got some really sick and unique football shirts that I had never seen before! Would recommend!

First 2 Retro Mystery Boxes i received were top quality and great teams AC Milan Away Shirt 1995 and Inter Milan Away Shirt 1992.....will be getting a Retro Mystery Box again 100% cant wait to see what i get next.....

Ordered a shirt and got a gorilas fc shirt who are they what a rip off my son bought it for me he was so disappointed

The packages comes on time and in good condition. The kits they send are good quality kits. This is my second time ordering from them. The first time I got a Rangers Home kit which I wear often. My second time, I decided to get a monthly subscription where I can get mystery kit every month for a cheaper price. For the people who likes football kits, I would really recommend buying from Enigmafootball.

Cancelled subscription. Received email
Saying they were getting order ready. Cancelled again. Just got email saying order dispatched. Don’t sign up…Hotel California.

Poor quality shirt.

Comes up at least 4 sizes too small from purported size.

Cancelled subscription immediately. Can return short but this is at my cost.

Excellent service from Ben when querying a delivery over the busy Christmas period. My son absolutely couldn't be happier with the shirt he received and we will definitely order again.

We ordered a youth size M for our daughter, and they sent a youth size S. They told us we had to pay for the return label. It's going to cost us over $30 dollars to return the shirt and get a replacement. They made the mistake and should be the ones to make it right. This is a bad look for a company that we had high hopes for.

My experience with Enigma has been awesome! I am interested in the clubs that others might not have heard about...not as much the big powerhouses. I look forward to receiving my mystery jerseys and I enjoy learning about the team and the city. The world might not know much about some of these clubs, but to the local city, I bet the people look forward to matches just like I love the matches played by my city's team. I am proud to honor this. It is super cool to bond with football fans throughout the world in this way, and the designs on these jerseys can't be beat. Shipping is very dependable and service has been excellent. I have ordered from a few mystery shirt companies but Enigma has been the best experience. 5 Stars. Steve, USA

I always worry about buying from an unknown company. Enigma have proved to be an exception. The football shirt I ordered for my grandson arrived in 3 days. But then I realised I had ordered the wrong size. I sent an email to Enigma and I received a reply within hours. A gentleman called Ben was very helpful and after an exchange of emails a new shirt is on its way. I couldn't be happier with the service and outcome. Enigma have proved there are good companies out there and their customer service is second to none
