I recently had a PRP treatment with Sheryl at Hammersmith Triangle Hospital, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I’ve had this procedure done before elsewhere, and the pain was almost unbearable (a 10/10 on the pain scale). On top of that, taking my blood is usually extremely difficult—sometimes people have tried up to five times and given up.

With Sheryl, it was a completely different experience. She managed to get my blood in just two tries, and the PRP procedure itself was virtually painless—I'd rate it a 1/10. Her hands are truly magic; I was so comfortable I could have fallen asleep.

Beyond her skill, Sheryl has a wonderful bedside manner. She put me at ease throughout, and even booked my next appointment right away. She is excellent at her job and honestly one of the best practitioners I’ve ever come across.

If you’re considering PRP treatment, I wholeheartedly recommend Sheryl.

I had hair transplant and the surgeon was very conservative. Didn’t take my wishes and feelings into consideration after paying around £4000. I was then contacted by this company and they did offer to help but tried to get me to pay another 1500. I feel like they took advantage of me and my hair loss problem as I don’t see much of an improvement after several years and everyday I look at it it just annoys me hence the reason for the review to help others. I wish I would have just gone to turkey as I would have had save so much and probably had a better hairline. Avoid avoid avoid

First off, care and team were fantastic. Cant fault the team for their work and time on my hair transplant. The technicians do the hair transplant implants by the way.

I did email for a review in Bristol but never received any response from the advocate. I’m not that bothered by that as results were all that I wanted.

The hair: I emailed quite a few times expressing that something didn’t seem right with my transplant but was emailed back stating it’s completely normal and it will grow back correctly, I had this response quite a few times, even when I knew something wasn’t quite right and didn’t feel right with the growth or how it looked.
I have to do 2 stars, the results are what everyone really wants, I unfortunately haven’t got them. My hair finally starting coming in around 8 months (with the help of finasteride) but now at the almost year mark, it’s thin, patchy, bald areas and a bit odd looking. It’s also falling out again, yep the transplant hairs!
It’s better than it was, but full coverage and £7k later was agreed/expected for my front section. Thin hair, strands and wonky hairs and bald areas that I have to try and cover with my longer back of head hair is what I’m doing again now. It’s like going bald all over again and trying to hide the thinning.

Think about this before you venture down the hair transplant route. I know it can be achieved, maybe I was just unlucky or I had too high expectations! 🤷‍♂️

Like I said, team great, results wasn’t as expected for the amount paid.

I had my FUE on Monday and Dr Krishnan, Steph, Phil, Linda and Adele were amazing! Well looked after and kept safe all day long. It was a long day but the team were in high spirits all day.

It was a good experience, professional, prompt and gave me advice before, during and after the procedure. It took longer than expected but that was OK with me. I had to knock a star off only because the bed was uncomfortable as I have lower back problems and the room they did the procedure was in a office converted into a theatre room, rather than doing it in a surgical room. But other than that, it was a wonderful experience

Im a very naturally anxious person, but the staff made me feel so comfortable throughout. Great quality, great price! Could not fault them in anyway. Would highly recommend!

Great service, excellent treatment, cant fault it

I was so nervous getting my hair transplant and even cancelled my first appointment. However, i finally managed to build up the courage to go ahead and i have to say, i'm so glad i did. Dr. Zeeshan Gauher and his team did an amazing job and put me at ease from the moment I stepped through the door. The only minor issue i have was being asked to sign a contract to agree to pay for more grafts if I needed them. I do think that this should have been mentioned beforehand. However I
can't be anymore pleased with the results. People have complimented me on my hair and many actually didn't even know i had anything done. It's so natural unlike the transplants you get abroad. I didnt experience any pain after my surgery and have had follow up consultations. I highly recommend doing it and it's well worth the money.

I was worried about the procedure as you would expect. However, once I arrived at the clinic I was immediately put at ease. The cleanliness of the facility and professionalism of the staff throughout the day was exemplary, I couldn't fault it.
I have just had my 5 month review with Steve, and I echoed my satisfaction to him, and my new hair looks natural and complete.

The team worked a very long day on a fut and fue combination procedure for me. The snacks and being able to watch Netflix helped to pass the time! It is very early days but I am very pleased with the results. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was given a pack of essential aftercare items after surgery and had a follow up call the day after surgery. I am eagerly waiting for the final results but cannot praise Dr. Krishnan and his team highly enough.

The whole building was clean and tidy. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, helpful and very professional. From start to finish I felt very comfortable and save. The day was all about me. The best thing I’ve ever done.

Eight days ago I underwent FUE hair replacement procedure at Enhance Hair Restoration in Solihull where Dr Krishnan took 3000 hair follicles from the back & side of my head and grafted them eliminating my bald spot as well as lowering my hairline.

I was hopeful that the result would be good however after eight days the result is little short of astonishing, with my grafted hair already growing strongly....and new hairline clearly visible & bald spot no longer there.

During the day of the procedure, the team at Enhance were fantastic (in particular Phil who went above & beyond to ensure I was comfortable), and made me feel totally relaxed during the whole procedure.

I am so thankful to Dr Krishnan & his team not just for looking after me so well but also, and much more importantly, giving me a flawless result!!!

Had my Hair transplant yesterday 4th of December 2024 in Birmingham.

I was very reluctant and if I could have got my money back the day before, i would have cancelled the whole thing. However after plucking up the courage and enduring the very painful injections to numb the whole area it was a breeze and no pain at all. In fact the most painful part was sitting down for 8 hours or so which i am not used to doing. I made a little fuss and got extra cushions! Lots of snacks and lunch provided too and a take home care pack with instructions for healing etc.

Brilliant Doctor and team, nothing was too much trouble for them. Netflix on the big screen with my own choice of movies and music to keep me happy.

Got a call today from Steph as promised to make sure all is well. And my new hairline looks better than it did already and surprisingly no pain at all today. It's as if the donor area will heal in a matter of hours. The transplant area will probably take 7 to 10 days perhaps.

I have 3 follow up appointments 5 months 12 months and 18 months by which time hopefully I can share some positive before and after pictures and hopefully won't need another transplant if my existing hair doesn't keep thinning, but if it does il be back.

Big Thankyou to Dr Krishnan and the team, too many names to remember sadly but thankyou to you all for looking after me and making my experience as easy as possible. 5 star review fully deserved.

The team were very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained the procedures very well. I was given a light lunch and some chocolate bars. the numbing injections were a bit painful, but they always are. the transplant seems to have gone well, but it's early days yet. I was given a pack to take home, with instructions and products. they also phoned a few days after the procedure to be sure I was OK. I would recommend this clinic to anyone wanting a transplant.

All staff are absolutely brilliant, so friendly really made it feel as though i was all that mattered and i was their absolute priority and i had their complete attention throught. Really really did help me relax and feel comfortable, they worked tirelessly, talked me through all stages and i was so fortunate to have such a friendly team working on me, from walking into the building to departing the day was made to feel absolute confidence in the skilfull people who were working on me. A lovely atmosphere and it was clear to me the people working on me from Dr Krishnan to Steph, Mihai and the others geuinely enjoy their work, care for the patient and take exceptional pride in what they are doing and that is all i could ask for. I will always recommend you guys and i am so grateful.
