Don't bother. Terrible service. I never received what I paid for and, after my complaints, they asked me for additional shipping costs to be paid in advance. Don't buy from this site!

I purchased an item from this horrible company. Not only did it come in extremely late but when it got here it wasn't of good quality when I approached them with my displeasure all they did was Stonewall my emails and not follow through with giving me a refund as a state satisfaction guaranteed Don't buy a damn thing from these Jokers

SCAMERS THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMERS. On the 6\9\2024 I ordered my husband a father's day gift and today is the 19th and I am unable to track it also seems like it has not left China yet. Save your money!!!!

Ordered Crosstitch Christmas stocking. When it came in it was a picture of a stocking very tacky. Do not order anything from this company! You have been warned.

Your items are coming from China and you will not receive them in the time that they say you will so be prepared for a very long delivery time. I ordered my item on February 7, 2024 and have yet to receive it on February 29, 2024. I am actually no longer needing the item and they do not want to address the fact that they have yet to deliver the item. They just say it is on the way.

I ordered a small valentines gift for my girlfriend on 2/6/24. It’s 2/14/24, I followed up via email with no reply twice. Scam website. Where tf is my order even? Going to just dispute with my bank at this point. Stupid fake shat

Total bait & switch!!! NEVER have I received the correct item from Engravingift !! They don't care ! This company is a BIG SCAM !!! I wouldn't give them a positive review ever! This company is the worst!!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ENGRAVINGIFT! You will be so very dissapointed!

Total SCAM !!! Do not buy from them-I ordered Christmas stocking. Got it today-January 17-tho they said by Christmas. The product is crap!!!!!

Never got the order and they asked me if I could wait another week, but the item is still china!!!

The website ENGRAVINGIFT is not to be trusted! The products appear really nice on their website, however they are all frauds. I placed an order for two personalized Christmas gifts. The ferris wheel costs more than $40 if you order it without personalization, but you have to pay for numbers of snowman if you want to customize it, so I ended up paying $162.86 for two. I assumed it would look decent for the amount of money. However, the personalized snowman touches the wheel's buttom so you can’t spin the wheels whithout getting stuck and one hand of snowman is broken making it more look so cheap and trashy.

Also, when you placed your order, they asked as to how many snowman you wanted, but they failed to note that the ferris wheel could only hold 12, and any extras would have to be placed on separate plastic!

If only I knew, it would look like trash I should have placed my order at TEMU so I could have received it for free or really cheap price!

Giving it as a present is really embarrassing! The item looks awful!

Only God knows what you guys are up to. May God provide you all the wisdom to not deceive others.

Website never said it was coming from China so took 16 days and received day after Christmas but (unlike other reviews) it did get here. Quality of men’s braided leather bracelet with monogrammed sterling silver name beads looks fine.

I ordered a bracelet in November 2023 and promised it in 7 to 10 business day. I have tried to contact them and only get a tracking number that is in Chinese and says my package should arrive April 4th or 5th of 2022. ITS DECEMBER 2023…what a SCAM
Always check out these off the wall companies. Lesson learned.

Not as pictured. Cheap fabric, printed from a stock photo of needlepoint stockings from another business. Lousy customer service who asked for 10 more dollars for another cheap fabric stocking! Already pad almost 40 dollars for a one dollar item! Buyers, go elsewhere!!!

Complete bait and switch with stolen images from legitimate websites. I was completely scammed, do NOT shop this site.

Wish I'd checked reviews before ordering. Ordered 2 needlepoint, personalized Christmas stockings and they are cheap, screenprinted junk. No response from the company. Didn't know coming from China until got the order confirmation. Have reached out to CitiCards to dispute.

I should have read the reviews on this site before making the purchase. Here is what happened:
17Jun - placed an order with air ship option for 3-5 days delivery. Also received a confirmation of my order
23 Jun - received an update saying my order is delivered 2 hours ago but couldn't find it. Emailed customer service
26 Jun (The expected ETA)- received another email saying now my delivering is on its way. Also received a reply from them saying the packaged was returned to them so they decided to ship 7-12 days shipment without communicating. I emailed them saying they did not fulfill what I paid and asked for a refund.
27 Jun - received another email from support repeated what they said. I replied and said today is way passed the ETA and my daughters graduation date was yesterday and I no longer need your order. I had to scramble to buy something else instead. Also asked for a refund
29 Jun never heard back from them.

SO, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The name engraved bracelet wasn't bad at all, only thing is that delivery was not done on time as promised and gold doesn't look like it will last but in all it was a decent gift for my bf

The bracelet my husband order got here super late and we canceled the order even before it was send and yet they still sent it I'm very upset because my husband paid extra for shipping and still got here super late and it's to expensive for the product I received.

Should be able to give 0 stars. Do not order from this company. Total scam. You will not receive what you ordered if you receive anything at all. Also, you will wait for weeks and no delivery and no response from any inquiries. This company SUCKS!!!!!!
