horrible exp. ordered over 2 weeks ago (about 16 business days). They admitted they haven't even shipped item, wouldn't take any accountability, no communication on delays literally nothing except "we are sorry and we aren't going to do anything for you." .... not even an estimate on when its going to be shipped.

Horrible company, on hold for 30min at a time,false information on the item, they get your information and credit card charge you and then never respond and if you cancel for the poor service you have recieved with no item ever shipped they charge you for restock even if they cancel it! No one has answers and just keep flippy you to other dept to get you to hang up and start over. They do not have any parts they are a broker only looking for parts and it takes 10-14 days according the their reps. Dont trust them look for your own parts they are a rip off organization with no direct numbers or emails just a large scam.

This place is very dishonest. The Philippino lady I was speaking to very rude the Robbed me They recharged my credit card.2,280 bucks even though I had sent the engine back to there facility I guess this is how they make there money by robbing good hard working people it's so sad that people like them are going around do this. I should of read there policy better but I was told that I was going to receive the credit back on that engine. The reason why I had to return it is because all the intake manifold bolts were all loose. So how did they. Compression tested it,oil pressure check,s and ran it to make sure everything was good. This engine was suppose to have 54,000 miles it looked like it had 254,000 miles it was covered in dirt and oil.never again will I purchase anything from them again. They need to be shut down for good

We own a highly rated auto repair shop and bought an engine through this company. The engine had a lower end knock when we installed it and we noted the knock and spoke to a representative from the company. They said unless if fails no need to contact them. Well a few months later the engine seized up and we had to file a warranty. We even paid extra to ensure that we would be covered if there were any issues. They asked for pictures of the heat tabs so we submitted them. We hadn't heard from them for a couple of weeks so we contacted them. They said they were sending another engine. We finally installed the other engine and even replaced the thermostat and followed all their guidelines. We have been waiting for the warranty payment for a while and we had to call them again. They said that they would not be paying for the labor since the heat tabs were melted. Why would they send us another engine if they were not considering it under warranty? This was a 24hr job that the shop is loosing plus all parts they require to replace for it to be under warranty.

This has to be the worst customer service ever known to man. The warranty is a complete scam stay away from this company

I guess I should have read the reviews before I bought an engine from them. I bought a mecerdes engine from them that was supposed to have a 5 year warranty, filed a claim couple weeks after it was installed and still haven't heard back, I have called them and each person keeps telling me something different and giving me the run around. I should have purchased my from somewhere else, I actually purchased the engine from them on accident I was trying to purchase it through a different company. I don't want to go through removing the engine and sending it back after I paid the mechanic almost $4k to install it. This is pretty much a scam !

I wish I would have found these reviews months ago. Pretty much the same situation. Was sent a 15 Equinox engine that looked like was sitting outside for years. Was installed and no compression. have videos of each cylinder. Asked for paperwork on showing the engine was tested before shipped. I will get that over to you. That was 3 months ago. Same run around as everyone else is stating. Yep even a call from a transport company. I have messaged on facebook stating I want an owner to call back. crickets. I am trying to get a refund but pretty sure this isnt going to happen. They need to be shut down and every one who has purchased from them should be refunded. I call and am on hold for 30 minutes plus, same answer everytime. Looks like they are looking for an engine. Talk to someone else, it will be shipped out this week. bogus company

I would rate this bunch lower if I could. I bought into their advertising & what I now realize are very likely bogus reviews. I bought a Kia engine, had it installed & it knocks like crazy. I sent in replacement paperwork, including a video of the engine making the noise. That was weeks ago. I keep calling, leaving messages & up to this point have been very patient. Today I found the lawsuit in WI against this bunch. It can be found at doj.state.wi.us. The suit says they do not test parts; they have no inventory & search for parts after an order is placed; they do not honor the warranty for replacement. At this point I doubt I will receive a good replacement engine or a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Wish zero stars was an option. Purchased a used motor for my 2002 Ford Expedition. Motor that I received was completely rusted up. Contacted the company for a refund. I was given the paperwork to sign for the engine to be picked up and shipped back. Motor was received back in mid to late September. Still awaiting my refund. Been nearing two months now and still no refund. Multiple emails to customer service, multiple phone calls. Looking like I will have to pursue through small claims court. Awful business practices and awful customer service. Please do not get taken advantage of as I did.

I ordered a used engine from this company and they say I will receive my engine within 10-14 biz days. They will not deliver on this promise whenever i call in they keep moving the ship date. When i called on a Saturday the day after they told me it would ship, I only got sales, and was hung up on them twice, they refused to help me. I just spent an hour trying to speak to somone about my bad experience and unprofessional treatment. Was not successful talking to anyone who could help, waiting on a call back to report my dissatisfaction and possible refund options.

This is about engine-transmission.com. We ordered a 350 Chevrolet engine for an Express-1500 van. The engine took a month to arrive at the shop. The engine was stuck, will not move, it is a bad engine. Obviously they did not check the engine before sending it. We have been sending numerous emails asking for a full refund. They do not answer. Their website shows a telephone number 1-844-474-3390. We called. They put you on waiting for half an hour. The person who answered said she was from the shipping company, a freight company, not engine-transmission.com. We called again, used extension 6 for Warranty Department. The lady transferred the call to another department. That person did not answered the call, you had to leave a message. My experience says that this people are not real. We are asking for a full refund on several calls and several emails. They will not do it. My experience says it all.
