Faulty tapware product was installed and instantly leaked - Enflair took 4 months of constant chasing and then took no responsibility despite admitting the tap was faulty. They did not respond to Fair Trading Complaint so don't waste your time - go straight to legal action. Never use this company or ATS Tiles & Bathrooms who are a connected entity and just as bad when trying to get help or support concerning the faulty product they sold.

I purchased the Byron Egg corner bath last year and thought to give a review because I love it and have been using it for a few months. Already reviewed and liked their mirrors so wanted to try their baths and was pleased as again... I couldn't find this anywhere.

I purchased it after finding it online and was excited that when I received it I found that it was very very comfortable.

Cleaning it is easy, hasn't stained or marked, I just wash it after I use it. It looks better in person than it did online, the photos don't do it justice haha.

Would recommend. Now having tried it, if I were to renovate again I would go for the stone over the acrylic because I love my bath time and it would make a more luxury feel. But would recommend for my clients. Thank you.

Some of the worst customer support I have ever experienced - order was delayed by over 3 months with absolutely zero proactive communications from their team.

I consistently had to follow up myself for updates, which they mostly ignored. On the rare occasions that they did reply, they provided false information - telling me it was going to be dispatched only for it to still take almost two months from there to be delivered.

Even failing at elementary basics, such as telling me "I'll get back to you tomorrow once I receive an update", only for me to have to message three times for that update and only hear back after a further 12 days of silence.

Stay far away from this business, I'm not sure if it's a scam or just highly incompetently run.

After buying an Enflair bath at ATS Tiles & Bathroom, it was delivered and it had flaws in the finish which I reported within the 24 hrs as per ATS/Enflair policy along with photographs showing flaws. ATS were not able to do much but instead ATS Support referred my matter onto Enflair directly. I had plumbers waiting to install the bath but ATS Support and Enflair’s response times were very slow and could only be done via email, not by phone or in person so it became a tedious wait to see what the outcome would be. For every email I sent (five in total), I had to wait 3 days usually for a response. Enflair told me that the bath was ‘not faulty but this was inherent to the acrylic finish’. I would not accept this explanation because the bath looked like a factory second so I asked for a replacement. Eventually they replaced it, not because they believed the bath was faulty but as ‘a gesture of good will’! It was a stressful time because it was obvious they were not happy to help me in this matter and I thought they were not going to honour their warranty policy. I was grateful that they did eventually provide a flawless replacement. It took nearly 3 weeks for the replacement bath to be delivered from the time I first reported the fault.

Purchased a bath tub from them and I loved it. Would recommend and buy again. Came fast and really good quality.

First of all, there was a great misrepresentation of the product size online. The picture of a Profile III Filter Tap for Drinking Water showed completely different dimensions from the actual product, which we only discovered after it arrived. We contacted the website right away, pointing out this misrepresentation and describing the issue: we were unable to fit the tap, as we weren't able to cut the hole in the ceramic benchtop to size. We asked for a refund, to which they advised that they could teach us how to make it work! We declined and asked to return the product, after which they went completely silent. Do not waste your time and money, they will not honour the refund policy!

If I can give zero star, I will give it to Enflair.

This company needs to honour their refund policy. They will twist your words and the situation to sound like a “change of mind” situation and refuse to refund their inaccurate described product.

I purchased a drinking faucet from their website in August 2024. The faucet came and that’s when we realised the stem/pipe that goes into the bench is a lot shorter and thicker than other faucets we used before. It’s so short that it will not fit for our thick stone bench. I went back to checked their website and that’s when I realised their website never indicated any measurements for the stem/pipe on their website or the attached diagram of the product.

They even indicated on their website that the measurements could change anytime without notice.

How do you shop for kitchen or bathroom tapwares like this.

I contacted their customer service Penelope and the reply I got was “We don’t offer returns for this item”. I tried to explain that this product is not fit for purpose and they continue to twist my words and the situation to say it’s a “change of mind” and refused refund.

Never do business with them. They are a scam selling products without accurate descriptions and refusing to refund.

I’ve already reported them to ACCC about their dishonour with their refund policy. Avoid at all cost or it will cost you.
