Thomas was very efficient indeed. He was an extremely well presented gentleman. He did his job with aplomb. He very kindly waited for me to arrive at my mother’s property albeit I was somewhat delayed. I was most grateful and really appreciated him doing this for me as I really didn’t want to have to reorganise his assessment visit. He thoroughly but swiftly carried out all his assessments and checks around the property. The EPC Certificate was sent to us within 24 hours. A5* + service. No complaints whatsoever.
