The monitoring has changed how we think about electricity. We can see when we’re using the most energy and where it’s coming from. It has encouraged everyone in the house to be a little more energy conscious.
Before this, an unexpected power cut would immediately cause stress. Now we have a backup solution in place, so we feel much better prepared. It’s a small thing that provides a lot of peace of mind.
The savings are important, but honestly the peace of mind is the biggest benefit for us. Knowing that we have backup available when we need it makes a huge difference, particularly during bad weather.
We already had solar installed, but we wanted to make better use of the energy we produced. Adding storage has given us more flexibility and has made the overall setup much more useful for our home.
We’ve been looking for ways to make our home more energy efficient, and this has been a worthwhile addition. We particularly like being able to monitor our energy rather than simply receiving a bill every month.
