Customer facing individuals, once accessed, have been generally good but the IT and phone system supporting them can be frustrating.

Very easy to switch, they did all the work, would recommend switching to Robin Hood for a more efficient and cheaper supplier of domestic gas and electricity.

Terrible customer service these people treat you like your stupid and talk down to you when you’re having problems with your meter. They will only send an engineer out when you have been on the phone day after day about the same problem and they have no conscience when your without heating and no gas to cook with. I will be leaving this company as soon as I can but due to having the first generation smart meter it has become difficult to switch. Do not trust these people when you phone as they are in professional and arrogant and don’t give a dam.

I pay a fee each time I enter my key. That fee was about £2 each time, and may have risen. That seems unfair. There should not be any fee - if there is to be a fee going-forward, we as customers should be told about it. For example, a £30 top up is proportionally, cheaper per kilo-watt hour than a £20 top-up, when the upload fee is taken into account.
The electricity itself is rather expensive, and difficult for me on a limited fixed income.

Ebico/Robinhood Energy have tried to over charge me for the last year, I’ve been trying to dispute my charges as I was being charge nearly £200 per month for electricity when I was only home for 10 days per month. After fitting a smart reader, I got to see my bill on real time however decided to change my supplier after having to deal with Ebico, who wouldn’t sort the problem out. After changing over, they started to get an external company to harass me for final pay even though they didn’t even send me a final bill! Now they’re still trying to charge me, even after seeing the charges on smart reader and forcing me to pay over £500 !! They clearly don’t care!
