Everyone turned up at the appointed day and time, from the initial contact from sales, to the engineers inspection to the installation and final commissioning, hassle free process, very reliable and great communications throughout, can't recommend this company highly enough.

The installation crew was just as great. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and kept everything tidy. They walked me through what they were doing and made sure I was comfortable with each step. Their attention to detail was impressive, and the final result looks amazing.

Energy Centre made the installation very easy and hassle free. All the guys doing the work were extremely pleasant to deal with. Work complete without any disruption to the house. Excellent company to deal with.

They got the fitting completed in a couple of hours. Clean neat job. Only down side was it took a couple of weeks to get the electrics connected after installation. But it's up and running and we're very happy with the work.

In hindsight I did not expect so many different people, engineers etc calling to review and inspect the work. Though probably informed through the sales person it is difficult to absorb all these details at onesitting. Perhaps a written list of all the personnel associated with the after installation service would have prepared me better. Fortunately I was always available for the proposed visit dates and times but the 'red tape' involved was almost overwhelming. Also there was a brief delay in obtaining the DOW for the BER assessor but it was soon sorted and I hope to obtain the State Grant shortly. I am still unsure (probably forgotten) about the process by which I obtain money from the excess power being sent to the National Grid. This is perhaps something (in writing) to add to the initial sales consultation. This is something that I will need to look into in due course.
However I have no hesitation in giving the Energy Centre top marks in the major factors, reliability, punctuality, courtesy and professionalism.
