I Have worked in conjunction with EAU on many Developments of various sizes throughout the years and have found them to be very helpful and efficient within all aspects. Very efficient with tender returns, initial design period, minimum call off for main and plot connections. Fair abortive visit costs.
EAU will work with you to reduce costs where ever possible.

Seems there is a disconnect between…
Seems there is a disconnect between Business Development and Construction, I.e. helpful and cooperative to commercial indifference.
Continually frustrated with timescales ( design time and legals) frequently resulting in programme delays.
Requests for programmes of work being re-buffed.
