Avete una bella selezione di prodotti ma a causa della vostra politica sui resi non credo effettuerò altri acquisti. Mio errore non aver approfondito visto che la comunicazione sul sito sembra un po' cervellotica e prediliga l'informazione per clienti in UK. Mi aspettavo un reso con addebito come con altri negozi in UK, restituire mi costerà quanto una rata PayPal.

State attenti: ho ricevuto un articolo un pò diverso dalle foto mostrate,quindi l'ho voluto rendere ma non ho potuto poiché anche se l'errore era il loro,avrei dovuto pagare io le spese di ritorno. Ho chiesto aiuto ma non ne hanno voluto sapere. Una spedizione internazionale costa almeno 30£ e non l'ho trovato giusto visto che era un errore loro. Il modello doveva essere uguale a quello in foto,invece presentava collo diverso ed era più corto

We completely understand your comment around customs fees, and it’s a fair point to raise.
For transparency, all EU orders are shipped under the UK–EU trade agreement using an eDAP (enhanced Delivered at Place) service.
This means prices at checkout already include any applicable taxes and duties, with 0% UK VAT applied so there shouldn’t be anything further to pay on delivery.
We aim to make this as clear as possible during checkout to avoid any surprises, but we appreciate that it can sometimes still be confusing depending on how it’s displayed.
It’s great to see that aside from that, your experience met expectations across the board.
